Pool Team Night out.
The bowling area was well maintained and clean but unfortunately the food offerings are not good, I am not sure where to begin as there was 13 of us in the party and everyone had different bad things to say about the food such as dry, tasteless, over cooked, not presented well and the list would go on. Bar service was also bad with only one member of staff on while others stood round talking. All in All would we go back, yes but only for bowling and nothing else, same though.

Lovely environment
Lovely environment, only issue was paid for bowling and pizza. Pizza arrived part way through the game not really hygienic when touching bowl then eating pizza.

This was at Blackpool tenpin!! It was my partner birthday and we had her family over but when we got there we realised they charged us for extra 2 people some how and not only that but we was getting burger meals with our game only to have the food come out 1hour and 30mins later and the food was horrible! Chips were cold and burgers were dry as anything, I have them the birthday for the candles and it took them nearly an hour to bring the cake out the staff were okay just unorganised. But yeah I'm so sorry but I wont be in a rush to come back!!

Extremely poor bar and food service. We ordered using the QR code at a table and had our food delivered about 15 mins after ordering but had to ask staff 3 times to have drinks delivered that were on the same order as the food.

Lovely clean and spacious we always go to the play area with my little boy.last time we went was just yesterday 05/08/26. My son cried to get a toy egg out of the £1 machines I had no change.He sat on the floor in the corner the manager came over to him and asked if he was ok not knowing I was stood behind at the time.I explained to the manager I had no change for the toy machine.My son went back in the play area approx 30min later the manager came over to me and give me a toy egg to give to my son.This was so lovely of him Thankyou again my son was made up such a nice gesture to make my son happy.Next time I need too remember to take change.

Great addition to Blackpool area
Used the soft play and the arcades. Very clean and well maintained facilities. The kids really enjoyed themselves.
We got food, and prices were reasonable. Food quality was ok, you get what you pay for, but its not a rip off which was great to see. Certainly go again, and theres lots to do as well. 24 bowling alleys, lazer tag, escape rooms, karaoke booth ane a fantastic bar area. Ohx and darts and pool tables as well.

We came as a family of 6 yesterday to play a game of bowling and felt very disappointed. We had the burger deal with ours game of bowling . And we felt the staff weren’t very helpful we had three burgers bought over and then another 6 in which I stated to the lady that we only have three more due. In which she looked at me pulled a face and just said oh well I’m putting the there. We also had an incident with the lane where it was flashing red and couldn’t locate any staff members to help us seemed like one staff member was running the whole place. No staff that could be located and weren’t very helpful we felt and could not locate staff for anything that we needed. Overall had a very negative experience at tenpin as a family.
Very disappointed in our visit.

Poor customer service
Long wait times to check in, plenty of staff but everyone busy doing nothing. Staff most unhelpful. Long waiting times to exchange tickets. Minimal information upon signing in. Lovely establishment just needs the staff to match the whole vibe.

Second time here and it was worse than the first
2nd time here first experience was good until the 2nd time we came and ordered food. Big mistake took 45 mins to get half the order to the lane bowling was about finished and had to go back to the bar and chase the remaining food up. Finally it arrived 10 mins later chucked on the lane table no explanation no apology just put down and the young boy walked away. Really under staffed you can see this by having 1 person serving at the bar and it qued all the way back. Tables where a mess and not cleared bowling lanes the same someone needs to look at this before it becomes a bigger problem

First time visiting and left really…
First time visiting and left really disappointed!
Ordered food and waited 1 hour before going back to the bar and asking where it was. We was told they where having issues with the till sending the orders to the kitchen. No apology of any kind, We had to ask for a refund as we were booked onto an activity meaning we had to skip dinner. Not great with 2 children.
The activities we did were fantastic though and the venue was super clean and fresh.
