I purchased Tenorshare ReiBoot specifically based on advertising that suggested it offered the ability to downgrade iOS versions even without SHSH blobs. This was the primary reason for my purchase.

My experience has been extremely disappointing and, frankly, misleading. The software failed to perform any kind of downgrade that wasn't already possible using standard Apple tools (like iTunes/Finder).

When I contacted technical support to request a refund because the core feature I paid for did not work as advertised, their response clarified the limitation:

"ReiBoot can downgrade any version of iOS to the previous version as long as Apple is still signing it. You can visit the IPSW website to check which firmware Apple is signing."

This response confirms that Tenorshare ReiBoot offers no functionality that iTunes/Finder does not already provide. If Apple isn't signing the firmware, the software simply cannot downgrade—which defeats the entire purpose of purchasing specialized software promising to bypass standard limitations or offer advanced downgrading capabilities.

The marketing surrounding this product seems intentionally vague or outright deceptive, leveraging sponsored posts across the internet to suggest capabilities that are not delivered in the actual application. If you are looking for a genuine tool to downgrade iOS beyond what Apple currently permits, this software is not it. It functions as a wrapper for the standard, publicly available firmware signing checks.

I strongly advise potential buyers to save their money and use the free tools provided by Apple instead. I am requesting a full refund based on false advertising, which has thus far been denied.

I bought Tenoshare recovery files software, which is not working for me. At the first try all files I needed were there but corrupt. After that they disappeared and I can not locate them. Asked for refund several times and they have provided only troubleshooting for days, which is not working. Bad company for business. Stay away!

Tecnoshare is working excellent for me...

I bought a data recovery software from Tenoshare through PayPal. It states 7 days refund anytime. Once I use it, it's just not for me. So, I asked for my refund. They instead send me a bunch of questions. Therefore, I went to PayPal and file a complaint, but just as I send it, they refunded me less than I purchase for. I would never buy anything from Tenoshare again.

iAnyGo can no longer keep a modified location on iPhones. After 2-3 minutes the iPhone goes back to real location. Tenoshare support is disgusting. They've been bargaining with me over 30$ for a week now! They don't read my messages. They refuse to refund me saying I "don't cooperate". They sent me a huge instruction with the application to download and many settings. I had followed every single step to a T and still got no result. They admit that iOS's new update is what causes this issue. They can't fix it but they don't want to refund me either. Each time somebody new comes up with a stupid email to me and asks the same thing. I am tired of repeating the same over and over for 1 week already. I demand my refund because they HAVE NOT PROVIDED THE SERVICE, and they continue bargaining with me and humiliating themselves. Disgusting company, fraudulent support, incompetent, impudent. I have done everything they said and their app still fails. And they IGNORE my messages and text me each time that I should cooperate. THEY DON'T READ WHAT I SAY. I HAVE COOPERATED. Since I have no result and their app is failing, I DEMAND MY REFUND. They refuse. I say: then fix it! Help me and fix it! Or refund! Or fix it! They texted me they're ready to give me 30% refund. SUCH A HUMILIATION FOR A BIG TECH COMPANY. DARE YOU NOT TO TRUST THEM WITH YOUR IPHONE DATA AND RECOVERY !!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING, LOW LEVEL, LOW MENTALITY COMPANY!

The recovery mode of my iPhone 13 keeps coming back which prevents the use of my iPhone.

Tenorshare boast that its software, Reiboot, repairs more than 150 failures. It's a scam !
It just use Apple's iTunes to update the latest firmware, iPhone14,5_17.6.1_21G101_Restore.ipsw, while hoping that the new software will repair the failure itself.
As the constant appearance of the recovery mode prevents iTunes from updating the firmware, the failure of my iPhone remains the same.
I also bought the iMyFone Fixppo software from iMyFone which boasts, like Reiboot, to repair more than 150 failures. It's also a scam!
iMyFone Fixppo does the same thing as Reiboot so the failure of my iPhone is not repaired.

I highly doubt that Tonershare and iMyfone are actually the same company, Hong Kong chinese !

Do not waste your money.

Appalling product and even worse customer service, bought a product for £75 to decrease the blur on photos, looked great in the before buy product shows a building from going bluey to clear. Run a photo through their software it turned the photo red. Unusable. Yet they offer a 30 day money return yet don't value it, just send you a threatening and rude email back. Do not use con artists that sell fraudulently advertised products

They have " Great" customer service. They respond promptly and are able to solve any issues that you encounter and that means a lot. Keep up the good work.

Hello everyone, I bought 1 product from this company, bought it for 1 year, I don't know English, so I use a translator, a year has passed, and I had a subscription automatically for $47, it's a lot, and of course I don't need their product anymore, I wrote in support, they said that the money would not be returned. I do not understand the policy of such companies, they do everything for themselves, not for customers. In support, I wrote a fairy tale after I was debited the last money from the card, and now I was left without money, although I did not use the program at all, and I believe that in such situations you can show understanding and respect and believe the money, because now I am left without money, and without a program that I do not need at all.

Their product doesn't work , contacted them for a refund and after few emails they stopped responding , even when I showed them that their software is flawed.

Furthermore, they attempted to double charge my credit card. Seems like a scam to me, fraudulent. I would warn against using this company for any of their software. Use the software made for your phone , works better than their b.s of products.

Hello everyone, I have been using the program for a year, everything is super. The support team works great. I recommend to use.

My Tenoshare review for 4uKey (for Android) got 33 reactions, yet it seems to have disappeared. along with the program. They sent me some instructions, but all they did was to loop me back to where I'd already been. I now understand why they're support vanished because they killed the program. They blackmailed me into providing a review for a one-month license, something which I feel is unethical and am sorry I fell for it. I even violated the clause about not being offered any incentive... If they did it to me, they are probably doing it to others. (Moderators...if you feel my blackmail comment is unjustified, I included it for others not to get wrapped up with the company.)

I m using TENOSHARE from last 2 years and my experience is unbelievable it is too helpful too me, i already bought many other software but it never work like TENOSHARE.

These people with the support team over there are a bunch of children. They were so mad at my last review they actually cancel my subscription. And lied in an email they sent to me saying I requested a refund. Wow that’s some childish stuff how old are the support people over there 5yrs old? Grow up your job only gives you very little power. The power to take away a program that tou would need all 5 of the programs to actually complete the task needed. It’s a scam don’t listen to the “we can unlock any phone regardless of the scenario in minutes” it’s all bs. And it takes hours not minutes. It a scam people. Run by a bunch of little babies.

I have yet to use the software from tenoshare because the computer it was on was stolen but i must say the support team deserves 5 stars for allowing me to get another registration code to transfer my programs to my new computer. thanks again

Great company and software works just like it says would recommend this company to all my friends
