My experience with Tenon was extremely dissaponting
My experience with Tenon was extremely disappointing.
The company’s management and communication were poor, and there appeared to be very little transparency in how decisions were made. Processes felt disorganised, concerns were not taken seriously, and there was a lack of professionalism in dealing with staff and operational issues.
What was most frustrating was the gap between what was presented publicly and what was actually happening in practice. In my experience, standards were inconsistent and the working environment often felt driven by short-term convenience rather than proper structure or accountability.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering working with or for Tenon to ask detailed questions about management processes, staff support, and internal organisation before making a decision.
