3 weeks and no order

I ordered on 21st December'23 and it's been over 3 weeks. There is no update on the order or anything. Don't respond to mails on time.

Bedankt voor uw review. Wat vervelend om te horen dat uw bestelling vertraagd was, onze excuses.

Helaas was het rond deze periode erg druk, waardoor wij, maar ook de leveranciers veel vertraging hadden. Dit zal waarschijnlijk ook het geval zijn geweest met uw bestelling.

Ik zie dat we ondertussen op uw verzoek het aankoopbedrag aan u gecrediteerd hebben, dit zal uiterlijk morgen terug op uw rekening staan.
