It says on the website fast delivery (2-3 working days) and excellent service. It's now working day 14 and after a delivery error, I haven't received the product, a refund nor has a replacement been shipped. Etrias seem happy to sit back, hold my money and blame the courier rather than take responsibility. Was supposed to be a birthday gift and still waiting, so embarrassing

their tennis carpet shoes don't even have proper non grip carpet soles!

Initially a mistake was made with the order. This was acknowledged at once and put right with efficiency and speed. Thank you very much.

Professional service but a little slow in comparison to UK websites, liked the quick email and invoice but 3-5 working days to get the racket in stock before shipping could improve the customer experience.

I have just purchased the latest technifiber shorts, shirts and socks for playing squash. This is a brand which I trusted for many years as I find the clothing range looks great and the fit is the best as I am an extra large size.
The shirts and socks once again are exactly the same fit as the previous years sizes but the two pairs of shorts (one red, the other blue) are now not xl but xxl!! Why they have changed the sizes I don't know, I've checked the labels inside the shorts just to make sure.

Staff are most helpful, allowed changes to order with no bother. Delivery took only 3 days from the NL to UK!

Having ordered a new racket for my son, an email arrived to say the delivery would be 3-5 working days, but this did not explain that this was a delivery from the manufacturer to the warehouse. Subsequent emails have been ignored, and my son has now (6 working days from order) missed two tennis lessons. I wish i had read the reviews before ordering, seems the same goes on on the Italian version of this site. To save a couple of pounds, but if you dont mind being forgotten about, use this business, im certainly taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Have used in the past and always good but this time hopeless. Have not received order or answer from company after numerous e mails.
Has company changed ownership? Looking at other recent reviews I will be avoiding in the future

On April Fools Day I received a email from Tennis Planet pretending I made an order for €1,499 worth of tennis balls. At the time I was horrified and assumed my bank account had been hacked. Much to my relief and disgust at the same time, I received an email later that day, saying April Fools!

I personally think this is a step to far and have unsubscribed from their mailing list . Seeing that I run a tennis coaching business I am one customer they really shouldn't have done this to!

My advise to others is go elsewhere!

I'm using Tennisplanet UK for more them 5 years now and i have been happy eversince! The customer service trough the new chat options is really great... Needed some information about a racket and they provider the info and delivered within 48 hours like always! I don't get the negative reviews Here.... Keep on going Tennisplanet and stay strong! I placed an order before Christmas for some goods from this company. They didn't advise as one of the products wasn't available they held back the entire order! Really unhelpful online chat experience. Goods didn't arrive in time for Christmas and when they did finally arrive, one of products was incorrect. Returned for refund in January and still awaiting refund. Despite Joel Groen UK Manager reassuring me by email this would be sorted on 26th January and then subsequent emails from me to find out what's happening - nothing heard since and it's now 29th February! Would never ever deal with this company again. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Ordered item and it was delayed and i wanted to return it but got no response from the company.

I had some questions about my order and the guys from the customer support team really helped me out here. They didn't want to sell a racket and make easy money. They just wanted to inform me about all possible options, the best price, comparing with the highest quality.

I really got the feeling i was the client and they wanted to help me, thanks TennisPlanet now i'm really looking forward to the upcoming tournament season :)

I always bought my tennis equip. in the nearby sportshop but tennisplanet uk convinced me to buy online. it's cheaper and the service was good. My idea is that the guy at tennisplanet really knew what he was talking about.

I ordered my item no problem but after 10 days I am still waiting! Sent several emails and filled in various forms online but with no response. The telephone number they had on the website has conveniently been taken off! They have broken several of their '7 promises' including communication with customer within 8 hours and now I dont see how I can get a refund if they are not responding!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

All seemed to be OK at the start. Ordered item at what seemed a fair price. Item arrived quickly within 5 days but then the difficulties began. The item was faulty and after a few emails this was not disputed but 30 emails later (including one of complaint to the MD which has still not been answered) and one whole month on the item was still in my house. The returns process is a very very difficult laborious process so I cannot recommend this company.
