Great customer service. Decent price. I now have enough Tourna Grip to take care of my whole team for the fall season and maybe spring, too. The only thing I don't like is that the red tape to finish the over grip application is a roll, not individual pre-cut pieces. I will have to carry scissors. One more thing in my tennis bag!

The ASICS are a gift for my daughter’s birthday in October. I’m sure they will fit as she tried on mine that I also purchased at Tennis Express. The price was right and it’s easy to order on line. I know if the size isn’t correct, I could return them after her birthday.

The ordering of the tennis shoes was quite easy and the price was very appealing

My Adidas Barricade 13 shoes arrived and I wore them to a match that evening. In other reviews, players said a break in period was needed but I wore mine right out of the box that night and they were awesome! They are very comfortable and the cushioning is excellent. I’ve had matches every day this week and they have been great. I highly recommend these shoes!

The tennis racquet was pricey but my daughter seems to like it. It took her a little time to get used to the larger size. The website was a little clunky with payment but it worked in the end.

I love this company. Its the third time I've bought PB shoes from TE. I love my new shoes - I love how they look and how they feel when I first put them on. However, after I play a couple games, my feet start to hurt. Not sure I can return them now that I have worn them twice.

My order arrived as scheduled. Order was accurate. My only complaint was that the logo was screen printed, and not embroidered. This was not mentioned in the description.
The logo will surely fade and look terrible over several laundry cycles.

Variety of Products and Stringing is always done in a timely fashion. I would like to state that many times I have found items i would like to purchase but the store has been out of my size and no one knows when it will be back in stock. If you guys could have more stock for the common sizes you would have way more sales

I liked that there were many choices. The checkout experience was a little more complicated than expected and not very clear (eg discount not applied to all items).
Also the shoes I ordered fit well in length but a too narrow so the fit is pretty tight.

Prices are substantially better than anywhere else. Ordering is super easy and the product comes when and as expected. Love the demo program

It was easy to sort the available items by brand, price, etc., which makes it much easier to find what I wanted. Items had sizing charts to see which size was right for me.

Order online and checkout was very easy. People in the store was very nice as well.

I wasn’t expecting package until the end of the week. I ordered on a Tuesday and Recieved my package the next day. Also my K-Swiss tennis shoes are very comfortable.

Extremely poor service.

Bought two sets of strings. They sent the wrong ones.

I called them twice and no response. I emailed them and finally a response. They claimed I ordered the wrong strings and that I am stuck with them.

I stated I would dispute the charges. They then stated that would replace the strings with the correct ones and I would not have to pay for shipping. They emailed a shipping label. I packed the strings, went to a FedEx drop off site and the strings were mailed to them.

They received the strings and I wanted 5 days with no response.

I emailed them again and they stated I could ask for a refund. I asked for a refund. They then charged me 50 % of my order. When I asked why they they stated shipping costs.

I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Tennis Express should be avoid at all costs.

Order from Tennis Warehouse or Amazon as you will receive
much better service, honesty, and customer service!
