Successfully used Tenders direct for a number of years. Website and search function is excellent. Easy to set up alerts. Great back office support should you ever need a hand or further advice. Highly recommend.

So impressed with the speed with which Tenders Direct Support added a new category to our company profile. I sent the message through the Control Panel at 9.41am, and received an email before 10am to tell me the change had been made. Seriously impressive service!

Our requirements from the Tender Notice activity are very specific so we don't necessarily get hundreds of opportunities that we might engage with. However, the Tenders Direct service is valuable to us in identifying what opportunities there are across Europe in one convenient place and with regular updates we are always aware of suitable opportunities and can engage in a timely manner. Not all of our markets have the skill sets to search and respond to Tender notifications so being able to manage tender opportunities centrally across Europe is a real benefit.

Vickie Gordon is excellent - very responsive and efficient - exactly what you want in an account manager. The system is pretty good too!

The course was very good and gave you a good understanding of what constitutes a good vs poor quality tender application.

the reason I gave it one less star (4 out of 5) is due to the fact that more could have been done to help people in regard to the actual writing up of the applications, as well as delivery and presentation.

I'm aware of the fact that this is an Advanced class, but the basic courses do little regarding this as well

Just signed up, so can't comment too much yet. But great so far. Highly responsive team to my initial request. Confident that this will make identifying tenders much easier and quicker.

Really informative with lots of practical examples and good discussion points regardless of your experience of public sector tendering

Tenders Direct's categories fit well with the services we provide, and having opportunities scanned by humans prevents us from missing ones where CPV codes are incorrect.
