Ease of use on the website and great pricing compared to other software.
As a landlord has been pretty smooth to advertise and get tenants into my units.
If you are a self managing landlord, this app is for you. I can upload a signed document, receive maintenance requests and link the handyman. Tenants like it because of the payment system. Oh, the cost is minimal.
Tenant Cloud is a great software that is mostly user friendly. Downside is the fund transfers take well over 7 days even when it states 3-4

Probably the easiest to use BRRRR costs calculator out there. It takes about a minute to put all the numbers in and calculate every single metric you might need to assess if the deal makes sense. Loving it so far.

They are improving the platform which is encouraging. It already works well but there are some challenges which have been addressed. My only negative experience was I had an issue with my subscription once and I was told it was my fault which I’m not sure if it was or not but it wasn’t too big of an issue. I use the lowest paid tier for one property with 4 units.
I used TenantCloud to manage my rental. My tenant was able to use the app for creating service requests and payment via ACH. It is super convenient for accounting as well during tax season.
Customer service. I've had tons of questions as I learned about online billing. This company has helped me every step of the way. Unless the service price sky rockets I'll probably never use any other company.

TenantCloud is great!
We started using TenantCloud about 3 years ago and have very few complaints, and anytime something goes wrong, their support team is very quick to respond and exceptional about updating us as the status of the fix evolves.
Customer service is lacking. I had a tenant pay on line. After they moved out, they told their credit card company that the charges were fraudulent. TenantCloud, took all of the rent out of my account without notice, then charged me $255 for dispute fees, and then did nothing. I provided a lease and text messages to prove that the tenant was paying for rent. The tenant had to log into their account to make the rent payments, but somehow, those payments were claimed as fraudulent. I'd like to quit the app, but they won't let me download my information, nor will they give me a discount.
I have been using TC to accept online payments from Renters for over a year. This month, my renters are being told that their Landlord (me) is not able to accept payments online. When I contacted TC to ask them what the problem is they said "We don't know. We have messaged Stripe to see what the problem is". I don't know what changed, or why, but the entire reason I use TC is so my renters can pay online and suddenly that doesn't work anymore and no one at TC cares.
This used to be a free service. Then they got rid of the free level and forced you into an expensive paid monthly plan. They will hold your data hostage and force you to pay to keep access. Want to cancel? They will delete all your data and your account. Horrible business practice. Avoid if you can.
I recently had an excellent experience with TenantCloud, and I want to especially commend Monica from the Help Desk for her stellar service. Although she wasn't initially 100% certain about the easiest resolution for my issue, she went the extra mile by consulting with her team lead. She promptly called me back with an update, confirming that her initial suggestion was indeed the best way forward. I truly appreciate Monica's dedication and willingness to ensure the most efficient solution to my concern. TenantCloud's outstanding support, exemplified by professionals like Monica, has solidified my trust in their services. Highly recommend!

(15+) The customer service is always top-notch and provides timely support for any issue or responses to any question. I've personally seen the enhancments they've made over the years.
