Nice price and good product with easy set-up. Highly recommended

They are too optimistic with their delivery timeline, the expect to deliver in 3 days but so far it has taken 14 days. Also, product not a good quality. Service extremely bad

I received my crispy white tent two days after I ordered it. Customer service was quick to answer my mails, as I was eager to receive the tent in time. The tent is 3x4.5 meters and was perfect for my art fair. It does take two to set it up, but I can easily take it down on my own.

It was packaged well, good delivery by professional courier. The quality is excellent, the instructions are nice, and there is a video on the website that is really good.

The goods came nicely packed and seem to be of good quality,the size I needed which I could not find here, almost square which I looked for and could not find here, I was instantly informed when the package could not be delivered the first time as I was not home, by teltpartner and also by the shipping company, pleasantly surprised it was free shipping and it came from Germany ( I live in Denmark), everything went smoothly, I would definitely buy again.

Good customer service and the tent went up fine and seems pretty tough. I would reccomend.

Professionelt udstyr og service! We bought Party Tent Pro 6x8m & lots of accessories. It held through last nights storm. Winds were ca.50km/h. It holds great in heavy rains and now waiting for the snow season. Costumer service is very polite, always ready to answer our questions and give objective advises.

I Mad a mistake in my order, but Teltpartner was very helpfull by solving the problem for me without costs, and at the same time giving some good advice.

Quality is so so. Everything is to be tied with bolts (assembling and de-assembling becomes very cumbersome) Manual is a joke. Delivery in Denmark is approx 25% on top of the price on German webshop. Theyar e quite fast to answer emails. I am just overall dissapointed with quality and the tent, but delivery was as in due time.

Men leveringen var ikke tilfredsstillende modtog teltet ( 6 pakker) over 3 dage selvom GLS havde modtaget alle 6 pakker samtidig fra Teltpartner
