I called to regarding my bond

I called to regarding my bond. The phone was answered quickly so there was no waiting line. I was few day away for finishing my bond from when I bought my laptop. I was very interested in purchasing a new iphone through TELMORE but I couldn't because of my bond. After talking to the customer support my bond was cancelled since I already completed all my payments and I was basically able to potentially make new purchase within the next 5 minutes .

I am amazed how bad this network is

I am amazed how bad this network is. I am out of world because of this network. I have never such filthy network. I am still unable to get my phone number. I have paid bills. The pin code Puk code provided is not working i have no phone.
When you call they say from where you call, for which number you want help with, i give, and they send you the solution in that not working phone. The phone which is used in calling in not Telmore luckily. Therefore it is not entertained at all to give soln. Contact me in Pratikbikrampoudel in gmail.com.

I still don't have a sim card after 4 days. This is very very difficult for me in terms of functioning.

SIM Card issue

My subscription started on March 1st, and I received the router and SIM card a month in advance. However, when I inserted the SIM card into the router, it didn’t work. Then, on March 3rd, I received an email stating that I had ordered a new SIM card, even though I hadn’t. Reaching Telmore’s customer care via phone, email, and chat has been extremely difficult, and I have yet to receive a proper response. I have already lost four days of my subscription and still haven’t received the SIM card

Telmore: scammers, liars, and thieves.

Received a call about an offer of a 99kr subscription. I was very skeptical and asked many questions. The guy offered to subscribe me to Netflix and other streaming platforms for 400kr and rejected the offer multiple times.

A month later, i get a bill of 400kr where my initial subscription went up from 99 to 129 and included the streaming subscription that i rejected.

This company is a thieving and lying organization, their customer service is only out to lie and get as many subscriptions to come out with a commission of the sale.

Looking forward to getting an automated reply from them to this review.

Their costuner service is awful

Their costuner service is awful. I taked already with 7 (SEVEN!!) assistants and they have not solved a very simole issue: for 3 months they've been charging me an amount different ti the one I signed for, and not even that but the INVOICES that they give you in the app are not in correspondance with what hey have withdrew from my account. They can't even send me the correct invoices AFTER 3 MONTHS!!
