Best experience with the network @ Telmore

great call service fast efficient and friendly

Good customer service and good 5G internet at home, but I'm very dissatisfied with my mobile network. I regularly travel between Bording and Hørning and lose internet too often. I switched my plan because Telmore claims on its website that it has the best network in Denmark, but my previous provider, CBB, had a much better network. I lost internet with CBB in three places while traveling, and with Telmore, I lost it five times, and for extended periods. I think I'll have to look for a new provider after six months when binding period is over.

So bad experience with telmore Weak internet. Sim signal is so weak. Getting scam calls. And many time international calling bill included in my monthly package. And they can increase my monthly package after 6 month without my permission. And I am paying around 200 dkk. So please don't waste your money and time. Choose any other who can give you a good service

How I regret going back to Telmore😔!
1. They promised that I would have one month free if I returned, guess what.. yup, I kept getting a mail that my account was in minus. So had to call and get it sorted out.

2. They salesperson offered me a streaming package, tv2 and viaplay(I have never watched anything on this platforms, not my kind of entertainment), I said no thanks, guess what.. yup, they added it to my subscription. Sorted it out when I called them because of the minus charge on my account.

3. The sales person promised me that their eSIM service for Apple Watch is now working, so no problems, guess what… yup, doesn’t work, so tomorrow I can spend at least 10mins(if I’m lucky) on the phone with them to sort that out - last time they couldn’t figure it out, so I changed phone company.

4. Apparently, you switching your number to Telmore, automatically means that your number will be available for every scam artist in the world.. the texts and phone calls have been none stop, so had to spend 30minutes trying to figure out how to get my number off DGS, 118 and all those shady sites.. still don’t even know how I’m gonna contact DGS and 118, they definitely don’t encourage people removing their number from their service!

5. You never know whether their app or website are working, always down for maintenance, don’t get what maintenance they are doing coz I always experience strange errors and crashes.

So in summary, I should have stayed with my old company, at this point I am so frustrated that I will call them tomorrow and tell them to just close my number.. at least the scam calls will stop.. Y’all need to really sort your company out.. nothing seems to work unfortunately 😔.

Don’t fall for any sales persons pitch when they call you, you will spend a lot of time on the phone with their support.. the grass is not always greener..
