I worked at Telezer Technologies Pvt

I worked at Telezer Technologies Pvt. Ltd ( Hyd) and this review is based entirely on my personal experience during my employment there.

My salary has reportedly remained pending since December 2025 despite repeated follow-ups and requests for payment. Due to this issue, I have filed complaints with the Labour Department and local police authorities and am currently awaiting resolution through the proper process.

During my time with the company, there were frequent employee resignations and several operational issues that, in my opinion, affected the workplace environment.

Some of the concerns I personally experienced included:

• Employees being asked to remove footwear before entering the office, which I found uncomfortable and inconvenient.
• Multiple responsibilities being handled by the same individual, including attendance, operations, pantry management, administrative work, and other office-related tasks, which often caused delays and confusion.
• High work pressure regarding targets and a work environment that I personally felt was stressful at times.
• Leave and salary deduction policies that were not always clearly explained to employees.
• Delays in salary payments and lack of clarity regarding certain company policies.

I also experienced verbal arguments and insulting behaviour while following up regarding my pending salary.

I have attached acknowledgment copies of complaints filed with the Labour Department and local police authorities regarding salary and workplace conduct concerns.

I hope the management resolves pending employee concerns professionally and improves workplace communication and employee treatment going forward.

This review reflects only my personal experience.

My Real Experience and Real Review

I had an amazing experience working with company for almost 6-7 Months. Right from the Day 1 till my last day the company was very supportive. I always got the respect and comfort during this tenure. Just because the team is small the Company is small does not mean their business volume is small. Only Really Talented and only really disciplined people can survive here.

Now talking about the people who left or were removed. One simple Answer "They were simply not good enough in the first place, still company carried them for long time"
This is a business of Sales in cutting edge AI world, you can't be lethargic and mediocre and still expect to survive.
Now for people writing some false negative allegations of 4 months salary, But Excuse ME I have not seen that person after December.
And Yes Big Congratulations to that person for being extremely punctual Never being late and not even missing a single day (this is called as Sarcasm by the way)

Looks like People expect the company to be even more generous by writing a Will and power of attorney in their name...Haha

I am sharing my personal experience…

I am sharing my personal experience working with this company for a short period.

In November 2025, I worked in this organisation for over two weeks; however, I did not receive my salary for the period I worked. The dues remained pending for over four months, following which I formally filed a complaint with the Labour Department.

My role involved following pre-written scripts while speaking to customers about debt-related services. At times, I felt the communication style could be quite persuasive, especially when discussing potential savings or reductions. While I understand sales roles require confidence, I was not fully comfortable with how some conversations were structured.

From my experience and internal discussions, I understood that a similar process is also followed in a sister operation located in the northern part of India. I do not have independent visibility into that location, but this was my understanding during my time there.

During a discussion to clarify my salary breakup, I noticed a difference, with deductions of approximately ₹3,000 being applied. Upon further clarification, I was informed that a “sandwich leave” policy was applied, where taking one day of leave could result in deductions for adjacent working days as well. To the best of my knowledge, this policy was not clearly communicated in advance nor documented in my offer letter, and I personally found this concerning.

From my observation, multiple responsibilities — including HR, Team Leader, Operations Manager, and certain administrative oversight — appeared to be handled by a single individual, which raised concerns for me regarding transparency and organisational structure.

Attendance was manually managed, and I observed that even being late by around 10 minutes could lead to warnings about not being marked present for the entire day. Break times, including short breaks, were monitored and sometimes required to be compensated at logout.

Employees were also required to remove their shoes before entering the work area, which, in my opinion, felt unusual for a professional office environment.

Additionally, instead of resolution on the payment concern, I was cautioned about posting reviews on public platforms such as Google, Glassdoor, and Trustpilot. From my observation, there appeared to be a reduction in employee strength over time, and I am aware of individuals who chose to leave citing concerns related to workplace practices.

I have received official communication from the Labour Department regarding this matter. As per the communication, I was advised to proceed with filing a case before the Labour Court due to non-payment of dues for over four months.

As of April 2026, I have formally filed a case before the Labour Court (14/04/2026) in relation to the same. I also understand that the company did not appear before the Labour Department for the scheduled proceedings/negotiation.

This review reflects my personal experience. I would advise prospective employees to carefully review company policies, salary structure, attendance rules, and management practices before making a decision.
