So honestly if you are someone who just graduated high school or someone who would like to make some money on the side this is the perfect job because the Daily pay is very reliable however in term of requirements to get in, it's nonexistent they will hire someone who's on their death bed, people with no decorum , lack of respect , education and especially hygiene. Some of them smell like weed at 6 am in the morning, Tai the head manager or whatever she was is not an emotionally intelligent woman, and she also seem bipolar. Yelling, smiling like a crackhead. Durning my training one of my colleagues was threatened by another one because of a bald man. The rules change almost every week and sometimes they pick and choose who to dress code. It's like high School #2 but with no age limits. Just toxic, good money and headache

I imagine my experience is partially related to Apple who is the client. First I was extremely ill for months. Was hospitalized. Tried to get an adjustment to my schedule to get doctor's appointments. The woman took a month to contact my, lying said she tried daily. My pay never increased despite my work load increasing. Unrealistic expectations of getting customers off the phone in under 15 minutes and being put on disciplinary actions when not meeting Unrealistic goals yet my csat always at the top along with my issue resolution and to supposedly cut my talk time im given additional steps to take which takes more time all this daily stress and that dont even include some of the rude customers. So yea f apple not wanting to pay employees for time off gotta work Thanksgiving and Christmas but apple can afford to donate millions to the felon in chief and f teleperformance for their idiotic procedures.

Extremely Disappointed – Unpaid Salary & Poor Communication
Worst company but they big on mental and emotional health what a joke, I worked at Teleperformance South Africa and was recently terminated after a disciplinary process. I was informed in writing that my final salary would be paid on the 1st of the new month. It's now past that date, and I have not received any payment or payslip, mind you they took my leave days without consent and also gave my last payslip in February a big company.
What’s worse is that I’ve had to chase HR repeatedly with no clear answers, no urgency, and no accountability. I received my UI19 form but not the money I am legally owed, despite multiple emails and escalating my case. The silence from their side is unacceptable, and it has placed me under serious financial stress.
I’ve now escalated this matter to the Department of Labour.
Teleperformance talks a lot about people and values, but my experience shows the complete opposite. When you leave the company, it feels like they wash their hands of you, no matter how long or how hard you worked there.
If you’re thinking of joining this company, ask yourself: would you be okay with being treated like this?

My son worked for this company for nearly one year. They found all faults with his work. Never an issue before now they have dismissed him. A horrible nasty company. How they get away with treating people like shite is beyond me. Very fast to say they will come to pick up equipment. But I told my son do NOT give them the equipment until they give you all your pay as they have a tendency of not paying what is due. Cheek of it!!! Avoid this scam of a company nasty people !!
Mix feelings but I can´t reccommend this company
In the beginning everything seemed good. The company paid relocation package, such as fly ticket to Greece, accommodation for 2 weeks, and offered some help during the apartment search. We had a very kind and friendly trainer, but after training it became to be weird.
There were a lot of rules, and already from the beginning we had to accept all types of calls, e-mails, and chats, even when we didn't know it, because it was not possible to get to know all the information during the training, because it was a really lot of information. That is the truth that it was possible to find information in the knowledge base, but it was really hard and stressful, especially when you had a customer on a phone and you had to find this information mostly time during 2 minutes. When you answered to customer on email it was neccesary that another colleagues checked it. It was prons, because if you made some mistake another colleague can find it and notice you on it. But mostly time it was checking more colleagues and it happened that everyone has some different opinions and when you are new in this company and you are still learning, it can happens that you don't know what is the best and which answer is the best and it can be very confusing- so it is big disadvantage, especially for people who are new and they don't know everything... When you made a mistake, most of the time you received a markdown, and it was really demotivating and stressful. I think there is a big pressure on the results of employees. Prons was relocation package, friendly trainer and the fact that I always got paid on time but other things was not good how I wrote it above.
I can't recommend this company.

I completed every step of the process, but my application was wrongly withdrawn. I turned down other offers for this role, and the team took no responsibility for their mistake. Extremely disappointing and careless handling.

You got managers on drugs, supervisors passing out on cocaine on the toilet, friend cult groups for promotions, fake it til you make it is taught during staff training.. then there's the apartments being a national threat to the environment and the fact that they faked an HR but never made it, threatening mothers with disciplinary action because they failed to do their jobs.
The company needs a legal investigation that's open to public at this point, they should not be operating and they are only barely managing because of all the people they chew & spit out constantly
Oh and the project manager should come up with original ideas instead of giving out fake promotion opportunities to listen to plans to copy paste to the superiors, real phallic move.

They fired me without any explanations when my contact supposed to finish after one year, and they didn’t even want to pay me my last money I should receive for my salary and also my TFR.
I decided to go to the court to act against this insane company and hope to get what I suppose to have already in my pockets.
Not recommended at all to work with them !!

Sorry to say about this, your HR sucks didn't even give me final pay, I applied and the teacher said to me they will float me and they're not hiring, I was waiting for a 1 to half month just to get hired, I'm trying to live and the hr didn't give me the final pay, you're company sucks. I always wanted to get a job, I just got hired at February 3 and your HR float to to February 7 the very first day. And your TP Antipolo didn't give me the final pay they put far away that I can't never retrieved my final pay to TP Taguig! You guys are have no shame! Your HR department didn't give my final pay to Gotyme, it's sucks to be not to be graduate just to find a job and use that money to learn from school just to graduate and also just to support my family as well.
Over £1,000 overpayment of wages letter from TP, two months after dismissal!
Two months after the termination of my employment at TP, I receive a letter from them claiming I was overpaid by over £1,000, which is grossly incorrect after assessing my payslips and the wages accrued based on my hourly rate. It seems being dismissed from the job wasn't enough for them. Now, they're wreaking havoc with my life and won't leave me alone! I have sought help and advice from reputable organisations such as Citizens Advice and ACAS regarding this "overpayment". I regret seeking employment with Teleperformance. They are a massive thorn in my a**e.

How can this company give job offers to people , take their personal details . Then change start dates 3 times expecting someone to wait 5 months!!!! After I signed 1st contract I gave my current employer who I have worked for for 5 years my notice . Was supposed to start for teleperformance in may they now say they’ve changed to August . I found this job at WORKING ADVENTURES ROEL JANSEN at the connected me with TP Lynn Vandecruys.
Started the MOVE-IZY project with a poor, miserable, misleading training then signed a one year contract. After 1 weeks of nesting, manager Bruno and Rassl Hoebergen and ~Nima Nosrati came to me and informed me that I am fired if I don’t didn’t have the level they needed. But what level do they need while other “college” are sleeping 20 times per day and have to shout ever time his name THEO to wake him up. And when you ask for information NOBODY KNOWS every time
Customer satisfaction was not good enough in my results. Nobody from the beginning informed us about this. The trainer, the recruiter even the manager, did not inform about this most crucial eliminating factor. They could have trained us on how achieve good Customer satisfaction but instead of that, they chose to go with some useless e-learning which did not help us at all. Also we did not get enough floor support when we started. When I asked the trainer and the manger, they told me things that were contradictory and clearly it shows lack of proper internal communication and collaboration.
Why did you sacrifice people and their lives because of your mistakes? Big mouth and fancy words don’t count when you show your real face. The most unprofessional and disorganised company that I have ever worked for. Please do not join this poorly paid job and the evil company, which doesn’t care about it’s employees.
There is a Facebook group called Teleperformance Portugal Hell which has over 1200 members and you can know first hand experiences of the poor employees who went through these abuses.
And they even pay the extra costs € 1000 because I came by car by myself from The Netherlands
And because you didn’t pass the test they will remove you from your appartement as soon as possible even with the help from the Police!!!!

No way to contact HR, everything has to go through a team leader.

Managers don't know what they're doing
Managers don't know what they're doing, unreasonable business expectations and unfair standards rewarding those who avoid work and piling on stress and extra work for those who are completing jobs. Managers will send you DM's for not instantly finishing work when giving you more cases than it's possible to complete and then tell you that they can tell you whatever they want because they're managers while also telling you that you have to have more cases than you can handle as you need so many in your backlog but insist that they're allowed to tell you whatever they want and push you for having even one case you haven't started out of 70 cases they want in your backlog. Completely inhuman.

Company is an absolute shambles…. Look forward to exposing them at the employment tribunal that’s going ahead. Was told my final salary would be processed still nothing and others have payslips, they are just digging themselves a great big hole and I cannot wait to show what a mess this company is. If you bring considerable skills to your job including a wide knowledge-base and the ability to work in a difficult and challenging environment, and you consider minimum wage and unpaid breaks a fitting reward for your skill set, then this is the corporation for you. If you work in stressful conditions and prefer a ‘well done’ or a ‘gold star’ to a monetary bonus, then this is the corporation for you. If you ask for further training because you have been ill-equipped to do the job competently, and you are met with outright hostility, then this is the corporation for you. If you have a heartfelt desire to see directors and shareholders living the life of riley while you wonder if you’ll be able to get away this year, this could be the corporation for you. If you are absolutely desperate and at your wits end but too proud to work on a checkout, this could be the corporation for you. If you admire corporate values like integrity, respect, innovation, collaboration and excellence and secretly hope they really exist, then this may not be the corporation for you.
And by the way, did you know that you should be paid for opening-up time if you were working from home? Your employer must pay you from when you start work. On my 'campaign' I calculated it took between 6 and 8 minutes to open up multiple software and platforms etc before starting at 9am, but we were told to enter 9am on our time sheets. After I left I successfully argued opening-up took considerably more than a couple of minutes (look up the 'de minimis' principle in law) and that I should be paid for the 7 minutes. They agreed! That's £350 a year. Please tell anyone you know who has left or still works there. I claimed retrospectively, so can you.
Refused to pay me final salary
When i started they told me that there is a 500 pound bonus for good attendance. They never paid! When i left the compnay they refused to pay me my final month salary despite giving them sufficient notice. This company is the worst place you can be unfortunate to work with. I worked unusual hours, with very little break, infact it is beyond horror. Someone needs to really scrutinise this compnay there is something totlally not right.
