SCAM WEBSITE

SCAM WEBSITE! The website should be created for Italians who lives abroad who want to send telegrams, in my case for condolences to my family.
I’ve been charged £15 and the telegram never arrived at destination. I’ve tried getting in touch fo month but they have the worst customer service in the world.
They finally replied that I had to contact the Italian mail service to get the refund.
I’ve never seen my money back. They are just a SCAM that website should be closed down ASAP!
