Faulty TV screen
I had a fault with my TV & required a diagnostic report for Argos to prove it was a manufacturing fault, so I contacted Telecare via email with photo’s of what I was experiencing. The email was picked up & replied to within half an hour. WOW! How is that for efficiency! Unfortunately for me, after a follow-up telephone conversation, I was told it was a faulty screen & advised to either scrap the TV or advertise it for sale for parts, as it would be extremely difficult to prove it was a manufacturing fault. I would, however, highly recommend this company, as I was SO impressed with their efficiency & would have no hesitation in using them in the future if I needed to. A+++++
