Absolute trash to deal with
Absolute trash to deal with. Failed to transfer my number 3 separate times and charged me for the subscription that wasn't even in use due to the repeated failed transfer.
I had to get my former employer involved to tell Tele2 they still havent done their job correctly and my number was not transferred because apparently they are incapable of seeing this.
On top of all this they failed to mail me my bill to the correct address for 2 months in a row or notify me that one was unpaid after an address change leading to a collection.
All of this could have been avoided if they simply knew how to do their jobs correctly and stopped assuming everything is fine.
I will be finding another provider as soon as possible.
Horrible service
Horrible service. Received a new iphone 14 pro. Barely used it for 5 hours after installing and there id a crack in my phone. Clearly a faulty phone. Took care of it immediately, then tele2 uppsala sends my phone to the wrong repair department. Needed to pay 350 sek to get my phone back even WORSE!!! more scratches on my phone.
Now im waiting for 2 weeks to get a box to send my phone back in. It got ordered twice, still haven’t received it. Only for customer service to tell me i can also go to the store if i want.
Tele2 im sick and tired of waiting and i don’t feel helped at all! Im waiting now to file an official complaint
Unlimited data plan does not work
My mobile plan claims to have unlimited data but I am still notified to buy extra data packs otherwise my mobile data does not work at all. Taken up with customer service and unable to find the issue.

The Worst home broadband company that I've experienced in Sweden. They don't provide me with 1/10 of what they promised.

Really regret on my mistake of ordering internet from this scammers and now being binded to them for one year!

The absolute worst
The absolute worst. I had a pay as you go sim with Tele2 that was a little on the expensive side, but still didn't provide data outside Estonia. When I asked for a deal that would allow me to do so, I got told I'd need to pay 15 euros a month to access data roaming services abroad. I used 800mb outside Estonia and the fee was 56 euros! It's also impossible to pay unless you have an Estonian bank card, so I'm expected to let it go into arrears before I return to the country (where I can do it in person - and explain why I shall NOT be paying). Avoid like the plague lest ye be deceived, pillaged and exploited.
Expensive
I live in Gothenburg and this company can't provide me with a good connection, even though I pay a lot. I thank you for this very expensive time but no keep in touch.

From march 28 have problems with internet and till today they dont fix problem. I was calling 90222 and was come in shop where I buy. They just say we will contact you and we will compensate the losses and now use your mobile internet till we fix problem. And today still nothing no call, no fix problem, just send full faktura like it was from begining. I have to pay double fakturas for them and for my phone aboniment. When I say, I want to end our contract because nothing changes they say I dont can do it because contract is locked please wait we will fix everything (and it doesn't matter that before taking the Internet they say, we dont lock up our customer like the tre or telenora do it) so till today nothing. First they say we dont see problem, second time they say you have broke modem and need change to new one, third time they say again we dont see problem but we will fix everything. And every time same talk just wait we will fix and bla bla bla. Stay away from tele2 its my advise.
No signal delivery through LAN, only through WIFI
The tele2 TV and radio signal suddenly stopped via LAN cable, although these work through wifi. The support can only handle simple cases. Devices get IP address through DHCP, the led lamps are blinking but the program does not come through. My guess is some important TCP/IP protocols are blocked. Computers work fine on the same LAN. Support can't help. Technicolor TV hub changed, problem still persistent.
Selling stuff they don’t actually offer
They sold me sold me stuff and promised me stuff they couldn’t keep . The salesperson told me I would get Netflix, HBO, etc. in their TV Standard package, but that was all a lie. Now I am stuck using something I never use and that I initially didn’t buy for 1.5 more years. Their customer support is absolutely terrible as they basically refused to help me in this matter, even though they acknowleged similar reports from other customers. I will never use tele2 again.

Worst company. One of the top companies cheating customer with their subscription and invoice policies in Sweden. Double check before you engage.
I am back here again since I wrote
I am back here again since I wrote, it is over a week now and tele2 haven't done anything to make our internet at home work.
We have tried to call multiple times a day but the internet hasn't been fixed. I don't understand why we should suffer for a service we pay for. We cannot get a new service provider immediately because there is a notice period.
I will not in anyway recommend this service provider to anyone. They are inconsiderate and incompetent.
Terrible experience with Tele2
My experience with Tele2's customer service when attempting to purchase the latest iPhone on a 2-year subscription on March 20, 2023, was nothing short of a nightmare. After making a payment for the device, the order was unexpectedly canceled on the same day. This led me to immediately reach out to the customer service team to inquire about the reason for cancellation and request a refund.
Unfortunately, the interactions that followed with Tele2's customer service team were incredibly frustrating. Despite following up with them repeatedly, I have yet to receive my refund, 44 days later. The customer service representatives provided me with generic responses that did not provide any real insight into the refund process or when I could expect to receive my money back.
As a result, I have been left in the dark about when to anticipate the refund, which has caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I cannot stress enough how disappointing and frustrating this experience has been for me. The lack of transparency and responsiveness from Tele2's customer service team has been unacceptable.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using Tele2 as a service provider. Their customer service is unresponsive, unhelpful, and downright frustrating. The cancellation of my order and the lack of transparency around the refund process have left me feeling incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with the entire experience. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a more customer-friendly and reliable service provider.
Bad customer service
Complaining about the company policy to share private data (breaching GDPR) in order to get the SIM card. It was reqired to send employment contact, with payslips and bank transaction, just to get a simple number, justifing that with the weak facts that company requires this info (more than a bank for the loan to be honest) in order to assess the risk of my ability to cover the monthly bills!?!? Dear TELE2, people can be billionaires and still not pay you the monthly bills if they dont wish to, so I dont see any justificiaton for the company like TELE2 to treat customers this way. If I did not need the SIM card and if there were no supportive employed in one of your office, I would cut the current contact immediately. Persobally if I have to give scores, they would be below 1, like:
TELE2 as a company - 0
Customer service - 0
Office employees - 5.
You definetly need to change something in order to improve customer relationship.

We called just to activate our internet that we were already paying for via our association, but instead they sold us a subscription for 600 kr per month 😞, and they will not cancel it before 2 months has passed.
TELE2 BIG SCAM broadband connection.
This is about Tele2(comhem) I had a call with a call center guy after a long waiting queue. I enquired about the offers and at the end I said that I will let you know when I need the broadband connection. After a month without my consent they sent me a text message to pay the Invoice. I was shocked how can they do without my consent. I called them to understand why I need to pay. Then, they said that it was activated and you have a binding period for a year so cannot be cancelled. Its a Big SCAM with TELE2...................Beware never authenticate yourself with the bankID they manipulate and gives you unneccessary stress and headache. Stay away from this operator!!!!!

Avoid at any cost - They are broadlight cheaters. Worst customer service ever - they even hung up phones when asked about wrong invoices. No escalation contact either.

Sent me an invoice for a service I never signed up for
They sent their employee (apparently) to my door to sell their broadband internet service. He tried to get me to sign up on the spot. After a long talk, in the end I said clearly that I won't sign up now. A couple of weeks later, I get an invoice from Tele2 for a month of service which I never ordered and never received. It doesn't look very legal to me.
Bad onboarding, bad customer support, ask for extra money
As new customer, NO discount as new customer. Have really really bad experience with onboarding. Order Internet from tele2, after 5 days recived router, Connect router, Internet did NOT work. Call service center and make complain, after 13 days they fix issue. Before solving issue they send me double invoice. I felt really bad and there is NO internet and they asking for money. Invoice has extra money then call again to fix invoice. Very sad that why i chose tele2. Now i will make sure that no one in my friend or friends get Tele2. I make mistake.
