Very poor-quality support.
My experience with this organisation was unfortunately very disappointing.
The support provided did not match what was advertised: the content lacked clarity, the follow-up felt limited, communication was not very professional, and overall the experience gave the impression of something improvised rather than a structured, high-quality programme.
Another aspect that concerned me was the way the head of the organisation presents herself. She highlights many titles, awards and distinctions from the past. While these may be genuine, I felt they no longer reflect the current reality or the quality of the training being offered today.
In addition, the website displays several logos from major brands, implying strong collaborations or partnerships. In my experience, nothing suggested that these relationships were active or meaningful, which creates a noticeable gap between the marketing and the actual service delivered.
Overall, the promise shown on the website and the experience I had were not aligned.
