Although I paid nearly $50 for a hoody on Nov 11th, it never arrived. I contacted "Teeanimals" multiple times and was told someone would be in contact "soon." They finally contacted me and told me that their carrier said that it had been delivered so no refund, no replacement. I had explained that I'm retired, home all day and have an enclosed porch. I have NEVER had a package stolen and I have never had one lost - in 2018 I have had 98 packages delivered safely by Amazon alone. I suggest that anyone considering business with this company think again.

Doesn't deserve a rating. I own a business and do not understand the terrible customer service. I ordered a medium shirt and got a large. Tried several times to e-mail,chat...no such things with this company.
How they stay in business I don't know.

A dozen people saw the shirt and wanted to order. With the problems I have had they won't. Wish I would have read the ratings before I ever ordered from them.

Cancelled the order with no notification or explanation. Did not respond to customer feedback when requested. Untrustworthy.

Horrible! I placed an order and part of it was missing. CHAT was a joke, after 4 minute wait "Alex" did not read my comments. He kept telling me it was shipped, giving zero attention to missing article. Refused to refund for missing. BUYER BEWARE.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! There is absolutely NO customer service. Ordered a phone case and a t-shirt. Phone case was the wrong size and very cheaply made. No returns or refunds. They sent another case, same problem.

The t-shirt was washed in cold water prior to wearing and the black ink faded to such a dull gray that you would have thought it was old and that I had washed it 50 times instead of once.

Poor quality, overpriced merchandise. STAY AWAY!

I sadly purchased 2 shirts and received 4 in the mail. When I looked at my bank account, I was also charged twice. I emailed the company explaining that I was charged twice and received two sets of my order, and they said they can't do anything about it because the orders were already delivered.. Never ordering from here again!

My order is not delivered and the only explanation is that it's lost. Disaster website and after claiming my payment back, they don't answer to emails. This website is complete fraud. Never order from them!

I agree with the poor reviews here. I ordered a teeshirt which was quite expensive and it is very pretty but it is too small. I tried to contact the company to exchange and there is no way to do that - no phone number - nothing. Buyer beware!! Lousy company. I am also going to contact Amazon because I know they have their products. Over $30.00 down the drain. Wish I would have read these reviews. Bad company - don't buy from them.

This company does not refund or allow you to return an item you are dissatisfied with. Poor customer service.

I am so sorry I didn't read the reviews before I was taken in by a facebook ad. This company targets your interest and then send you pictures of T shirts with your interest. They double processed my order, the shirts are all men sizes, although it looks like for a woman, There are no refunds, no exchanges, not returns. I have contacted them several time and they say they want to help, but all they want to do is sell you another shirt. I am going to see how can block them from my facebook account and filed a report against this company. Wish I could attach this to their site or Amazon site where they also sell to stop people from ordering.

This company is a joke. You cant talk to anyone, and when you try thier chat it is unquestionably a computer who answers. Package has never arrived, and Teeanimals send me to DHL delivery, another company that passes the buck and sends me back to Teeanimals. With no answers, no package, and only frustrations. No phone numbers, no real people, and NO ANSWERS!!!!!

I ordered a tee shirt for my girlfiriend in pink. I received it in the color green. I questionned their customer service how to exchange it and they stated there was nothing they could do since I had ordered it in green.I have my copy of the order which shows I ordered pink but they refused to exchange it. Clearly the customer is not right with this company even if you have supporting documentation. Even if I did mistakenly did order the wrong color, they could have easily exchanged it and kept customer good will. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

The sweatshirt is great and comfortable, I thought it was going to sparkle, and the phone case is made very cheap and cost 21.99 too expensive I was disappointed in the products

I ordered over 100 dollars worth of merchandise from them. I never received my items. They were a gift for a family member. After emailing back and forth about not receiving my items I informed them that the birthday party had passed and I no longer wanted or needed the items. They will not issue a refund. They keep telling me that they will re-print the items. Even though I don't need them. Horrible company.

I got my tee, which is the second one I've bought, and love it!

I ordered something COMPLETELY different from what I received after waiting over two weeks to get it. No phone number or return info. Paid $30 including shipping. I HATE THIS SHIRT!!!! "

I am happy with the t-shirt. I had basically given up, having got crappy odd size thin shirts in the past from other company. But I ordered this anyway, and it arrived and I was so pleased about the feel and quality of the t- shirt.
If I order again, and I get another thicker quality t-shirt that is not unusually small like some I received in the past from someWhereonEarth, then I'll know for sure, I found a quality source.
