Totally unreliable and bogus company. I ordered the teddy pocket printer on December 15th and not only have I not received anything. I keep writing their contact email from the website, but no response. BTW, I ordered the product on Instagram IN ENGLISH and they keep writing me in French.
I have found this to be a fantastic printer for craft projects. I create images in black and white which I print and then hand tint. There are some things to consider before you buy. It only prints in black and white and the instructions are mostly in French, which can be a challenge when getting started. Other than that it’s fantastic. I downloaded the app onto my phone and it’s very simple to use. The sticker paper has to be loaded so the paper side is up, but once you’ve worked that out it’s brilliant. The charge lasts for ages, the refills are very reasonably priced (I’m still working through my first order as they also last quite a long time) and there are no printer cartridges to worry about. It’s portable and the printer along with the cable and refill paper/sticker rolls all fit into a small make up bag size pouch. Perfect for scrapbooking or craft projects.
