Cant fault the dress and design - fits lovely, style unusual and is a gorgeous dress to wear for a wedding we are attending. The issue being, 1st delivery ervi damaged the dress and i had to reorder (customer service at ted baker is very good). The 2nd dress delivered - it arrived screwed up crumpled and full of creases - not the experience wanted when spending almost 150.00 - it did make me want to return it as i wanted something special for the wedding - i did though try it on and once ironed it will be special …

When I received the Nicolai Black Makeup Bag, the bow on the front was so badly creased that it would not go back to it's normal position! This was for my nieces special birthday gift so could not return it. I was really disappointed as I have bought various things from yourselves in the past with no issues. There was clearly no care and attention when packing this lovely bag!

I ordered a dark green jacquard polo and got a black t shirt. When asked for the correct item, they told me I had to return it for a refund and pay for the shipping. The shirt was $12 the shipping would’ve cost me more than the shirt. Yet, they wanted me to return the item for a refund.

Amazing price on my midi, mixed-media dress!!! The fabric is beautifully rich and the overall look is chic and elegant. My ordered shipped right away and I received my dress within a few days. Only complaint is that the zipper sticks a bit where mock turtleneck meets the body of the dress.
