Zero quality, no customer support. Buy one and fxk off
Brake is really bad, I have to adjust the back pad every 2-3weeks, there are some loose in the steering, and its noisy.
I have mailed them a lot of times and no answer. Never ever.
I fixed all the problems by myself, reduced the loose of the handlebar, brakes etc.
But today i have some noise from the front wheel.
It looks nice at the website and pictures, In the end its crap.
Button (there is only one) is blocking, manual is one sheet a4, with just assembly info.
Handlebar locknis loose. Application is a joke almost nothing works, cruise control does not work.
I made edit to this review, because first contact about my complain was after this post.
They wanted to delete it,and false accused me to be a liar.
However i confirmed my purchase by sending invoice and a photo of step.
DO NOT BUY IT. VERY BAD QUALITY. ZERO SERVICE.

E-scooter and great service from Technozom
I bought an e-scooter from Technozom, the Techno PRO. It was the best price performance deal I could find. The delivery was fast. And there service is excellent. A part broke off, because my son made the e-scooter fall over. Still, Technozom is going to have the part replaced under warranty, because it shouldn't have broken. And the handled this service request during the weekend. How many other companies will have you wait until the next monday?!
