Altreadmill still broken and waiting for parts after 5 months. Supposed to be a premium product with terrible service. Technician come and had a look and made a heap off excuses. Not worth buying. Should’ve brought a cheaper one from rebel sport.

Late or no response. Repair takes a life. Actually still waiting after 6 months. No feedback nor visibility of the required timing
The rower is so frustrating - beautifully engineered / great action but when you finish rowing you have 10 seconds to memorize your time before it shutdowns. Is a battery too much to ask ? I have tried the SkillRow app but 3 times out of 5 it disconnected during the row so I gave up with that. With just a couple of small refinements it could be so mych better.

I was sent a collection letter (dunning notice) recently. Five years after paying for the treadmill. I notified them that it was paid and asked the supervisor Merita (name I was given) to help me understand what happened. I sent two emails. They never replied again. If this was a mistake fine, but the lack of reply makes me wonder if this was a scam. Technogym feel free to contact me about this experience.

Never buy technogym. The treadmill keeps cutting out. We sent 100 emails. Called 10 times and a technician came 3 times. But nothing helps and they just act like it's normal. When I email that it still doesn't work, she responds with: What's not working? OMG...Seriously

Worst gym equipment there is on the market. It is so frustrating, good luck with messing up your joints using this joke.

I think they are making the best possible gym equipments across many geographies. Of course, I have not tried every single brand, model, line and unit out there so I would not to speak with a certainty.
BUT. I know that their equipment is fully complied with international standards, their bars, weighs, machines, dumbells are sound, solid, they don't break easily, they are quite solid in the face of daily wear and tear in a gym. So I personally like the products of technogym quite a lot.
It's preciously rare that I leave a bad review, and even more unusual to leave a one-star (which is being generous by default!). Let me be direct. If you want my honest opinion, do NOT buy the Technogym Ride (or any Technogym product!! for that matter).
Why, you may ask? Well, there is not enough space, but let me try. First, the delivery people can not tell the difference between a bike and a desk. Seriously, they had no clue, and as a result, I needed weeks to really get started. Importantly, the bike arrived with a defect on/off button. When I eventually reached my salesperson, Mavy, he told me simply to pull the power cord out of the outlet and plug it in every time I wanted to start the bike. You would think such a product would arrive in proper working condition. BTW, the salesperson literally does not care. Seriously. He made a sale (and also sold me other products, such as the ball, which was too small for its case—I still have it lying around here) but is happy to ignore you afterward.
Then, it is up to you to figure out that the bike, which Technogym claims to be able to use the road and regular clipless pedals, only accepts the pedals made by Technogym. I can understand that, but it is not clearly written on the website ... let alone in the material. They do not even provide tools for you to change your pedals. And so I purchased pedals, which I could not return since I lubed them) ...
Admittedly, the workout programs and coaches are quite excellent ... when the bike works. But should you really make a trade-off when you spend so much money and have alternatives? Btw ... I have now been on the phone waiting for their support (after first calling the support in Italy for 38 minutes and am about to hang up). Nothing! Buy at your own risk.

I'm not sure what other people are talking about here - this was pretty straight forward as a business owner.
I'm pretty neutral about it. Not good or bad.
"Attention! the heart rate is high."
The message is wrong, useless, and impossible to dismiss. Update every treadmill that has this frustrating and pointless anti-feature.

After being a lifelong Technogym fan replaced my old Excite treadmill with the new Run 19 5000 treadmill. Terribly disappointed with the quality of the treadmill. It is very unstable and the plastic break off within a year and there is frequent software issues. The service support is good but the cost of most spare parts is is more than $1000 on average. Technogym will not cover spare parts under warranty and will blame in on your usage. If you are a serious runner stay away from this product.

I bought dumbbells worth €400 on January 15th. I have not heard from them nor received my order so I reminded them multiple times until I cancelled my order on March 6th. No joke!! 2 months and I still did not get my order?!!! After that I asked for a refund and it took them until March 21st to process it!!!
My advice, avoid this company because customer service is very poor and if you buy an expensive machine from them, you will never get any support.
I will never order from this company again.

Removal and delivery of Technogym equipment was amazing. Kestas and Ed were friendly, efficient and super quick!
Nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend Technogym equipment and their service was second to none!
Garbage equipment that doesn’t even hit properly and doesn’t have full ROM.

I purchased the Myrun treadmill in May of 2022. By June I was having issues with the machine not maintaining consistent speed, and completely shutting down mid-workout. Called customer service (who are generally condescending and aloof) who were not super concerned about getting a technician out rapidly. The technician was and has been great, but the company and the product is garbage. After the machine was repaired it worked for 2 weeks before it completely shorted out and was inoperable. They came out to repair again after a few weeks, and the machine worked for a month and then started to show same issues. The speed fluctuates and it shuts down mid-workout. Called again and they ignored at first. Called again and get condescending service techs that are trying to blame the issue on my outlet. Bottom line, I purchased this machine because I actively train for marathons and need this for speed work and inclement weather days. This machine has been down so much in a short 7 months that it has caused problems in training, and injury when shutting down in mid run. They have mentioned stepping up to the next machine, but it you can't make the machine work for 3k, what kind of logic makes you think I am going to hand over 15k? Do not purchase this machine. If you want to do a casual walk, it may be fine. If you are serious about training stay away. I had initially gone with the machine because it links with trainingpeaks to preform workouts. It's great in theory, but it the machine doesn't work it's pointless.
Update: so the company has the reply that is seen below which gives the impression that they care about the problem and are very concerned. However if you follow the link provided it simply takes you to their website. Not at all helpful. I was recently offered to have them take back the machine, but they were going to charge me a 1k “restocking fee,” but we willing to “waive,” some other fee they created out of thin air in order to give me the perception that I was receiving some type of deal. I stand by my initial review, and would strongly encourage others to stay away from Technogym and purchase from a different company.

A Premium almost Premier quality product supported by a third world inferior app with a development team slower than a tortoise (oh the irony).
The app simply facilitates the 'gym guy' or old duffers who manually enter fictious movements 18,204 steps per day when than can barely actually manage 2,000 in one go, or 10,000 moves in total across the week.
You constantly get told in Apple reviews how important this is, and how its passed to the dev team yet almost four months and nothing changes.
Fully understand anyone reading this may ask why does this bother you? Moment you click on the app first thing you see are 3 positions of people cheating. Why anyone would develop an application that actually shows what others are achieving is beyond me, I never opted in to see anyone else's performance I am only concerned with my own.
As an athlete its sickening seeing a quality product like this allowing cheating and displaying it on their app
Good equipment however supply chain issues recently which has effected delivery of some of our projects and the communication around this has been poor.
Oh the disappointment! We bought this very fancy treadmill my Run that costs 3.2k. Its under warranty for 2y. After 1.5y at an average usage of 3km per day, the belt is used. So we need to replace it and it's not covered by our guarantee. It's c. 400gbp. We complained about the cost bc there is nothing faulty or wrong - effectively they are charging you a maintenance cost. And that's exactly what they told us when we complained. "As with anything mechanical..." there is some maintenance cost! So here you go people. Every 1.5y you need to spend c. 12% of the total price just to be able to use it!!!
