No product, no refund, no replies......

Ordered an item that suppose to be on stock. After payment there was information that delivery would be in approx 3 weeks. After 3 weeks passed i've contacted shop again what is the status. After couple day received info that it was not sent by supplier so i have to wait AT LEAST 2 more weeks. Asked for different color that was on stock. Received reply after week that it is not on stock (anymore). Asked for refund and since then absolutely no reply. I've sent today third email, if no reply i will have to call to Germany. So far i have never received such as bad experience from German shop. What a shame...

Ordering electonics in December

I placed an order ten days before Christmas. The product was available with two days delivery time. The order was confirmed two days later. But then no news, no messages, nothing. I called service, and they mentioned that the delivery date is the 4th of April, and they planned to inform me about it today (2 days before Christmas).
I understand challenges with logistics and lots of placed orders, but if the company cared at least a little bit about their customers, they would call me already last week. I should not have chosen a local provider to support the business but just ordered on Amazon.
It is a very disappointing situation for me and my family member, who was really looking forward to their present.

Overall a good and fairly responsive…

Overall a good and fairly responsive service. We ordered a TV to be shipped to Greece, it took about 20 days from the time we made the payment to receive the TV (Not bad given the COVID situation). Ok they were few minor things that could be improved (wrong tracking no, a bit late in responding after receiving the payment), but overall it was a positive experience.

Excellent customer service

I was really sceptical buying with the current reviews and I'm glad I didn't miss the opportunity to buy a lieberr 331L was a huge saving!
I was pleasantly surprised when my order was fullfiled and was a speedy delivery! even considering the Covid 19 situation

Lied about stock, kept money and didn't reply to emails

Ordered a Liebherr Wine Cooler. They kept the money for a couple of weeks and then when it was due to be delivered cancelled the order saying they had no stock! Then took them another week to refund the money.

The reality is that they kept this item listed both on their own website and on eBay the whole time, and I kept asking them why if there was no stock

I think it's a fair assertion that people who dodge questions, take days to reply to emails and get accused of the same practices over and over again are liars

I'd be very careful - you might get your stuff, but if there's a problem they aren't going to give two hoots about you.

I ordered a premium wine cabinet…

I ordered a premium wine cabinet Liebherr worth 2,700euros on 9 December 2019. Technik Profis was responsible to deliver in Amsterdam. They could not deliver in my house and wanted to leave the cabinet (150kg) on the door step under the rain. Unfortunately I was in the office so I decided to cancel the order and the local delivery company took the wine cabinet back. I have since asked for a full refund but to this date they stopped answering my emails and do not answer phone calls. After almost 2 months I am still short of 2,700 euros. This is simply unacceptable service. Avoid at all costs.

Scammers

Scammers. We returned a coffee machine, received a refund from paypal and are now threatening legal charges because paypal decided in our favor. Avoid these people at all costs.

Dangerous and untrustworthy shop

- No response from customer service!
- No order status updates

In fact this shop is completely ignoring their customers.

See the many other negative reviews of this shop here on TrustPilot.
Really a bad online shop, which I highly recommend to stay far away from.

Advice:
Stay away from buying anything from this shop!
There are better places out there to get the same products.
Highly recommend to look for other places to do your online purchace.

Unreliable delivery time on website, and shop can not be reached by telephone

I odered a Siemens induction hob on march 2 with a delivery time of 1 to 3 days according to the website.
on 02.03 The order confirmation says : the order will be shipped approxinately until 05.03.2017
No reaction till 06.03 so I tryed to call the shop a severall times without succes and sent them en email
on 07.03 i received a reactioon by email which says:
Unfortunately we had to order the goods due to a damaged delivery. We expect the receipt of the goods for today. We strive to send your order quickly. We apologize for the delay

on 07.03 anothter email which says:
we are sorry but your order is delayed at the moment. We expect the new delivery from our supplier until the 14.03.2017.
We will send you again a message when we have new informations

Cancelled the order at 09.03.2017
Got my money back at 13.03.2017

In my opinion: better buy somewhere else
