Not so wonderful

This company took 4 days to fill my order and ship it, and I paid extra for priority shipping which means I should have received my order in 3-5 days, instead I am getting it 11 days after I ordered it. I will not be able to recommend them to my computer friends. They also seem to have a problem with their site. You can click on your tracking number to take you to the shipper, but it doesn't work either. I had to email 2 times to get a response, and when I did, it wasn't for priority mail which is what my order said, it was for UPS Innovations. All this aside, they do have the cheapest prices around, but their shipping leaves a lot to be desired.

Best customer service and shipping on the PLANET!

I was having problems placing an order on there website. So I contacted customer support. Within 5 minutes they returned my inquiry with a phone call and even walked me through the entire ordering process. I felt like a dumb dumb because it was so easy but the staff was very patient and understanding. After placing my order i was expecting it to arrive within 1 week, however it arrived only three days after my order was placed. Techexcess has exceeded my expectations and will advise my colleagues of this site.

I wasn't sure What LCD I needed, and Techexcess.net Helped FAST!

I cracked my screen, and they helped determine what one I needed, and even send me a link to DO IT MYSELF, which was surprisingly EASY to do - and saved me $150 in labor charges!!! I asked for help on their AOL IM, when I ran into a question and they helped me right away- I was very impressed that they remembered me, and that they were able to help me answer my (stupid out of fear) question, but it gave me the confidence to fix it easily myself, and I don't work on laptops! I was so thankful for they saved me a lot.
