No instructions

The 3 products that we recently bought from Tech 21 are all wonderful. However, I refrained from giving them a perfect rating because one of the products, a screen protector, was sorely lacking of instructions.

No communication

So, I made a mistake when I ordered a case, totally my fault, didn’t check that I was ordering the right size. I have been emailing them for over 48 hours now and have got 0 contact back from them. I tried to stop the order from being shipped and now it’s on the way and idk if I can even get through to them to make a return. These cases aren’t cheap and what am I going to do with a case I can’t even use.

Seriously need to do better. We’ll see if I EVER get an email back from them at this point. Ive been buying tech21 since the first pixel came out but I won’t be buying from them again if they can’t make this right.

Disappointing Experience

1) I entered discount code and was charged full price.
2) The birthday gift I ordered 16 June has still not arrived.
3) Support messaged receive a non-human response stating a 24 business hour follow up which does not happen.
4) I have recommended Tech21 products (exclusively) going back to 2012 and I am so disappointed and saddened that this does not seem to be a prudent recommendation.

Never received the order.

Never received the order due to an issue created by a duplicate USPS tracking number. After further review, Tech 21 promptly refunded my purchase price. Unfortunately, in the meantime I was forced to purchase a cellphone case locally to protect a new cellphone. So, I did not get to evaluate the Tech 21 product I originally ordered. I the future, I would definitely consider a Tech 21 product because of their true customer service.

Let me start by saying the product is terrifc. I have bought 6+ cases oover the years and have been extremely satisifed. WHere they have fallen short egregiously is their cutomer support. I reached out to them regading my latest purchase that arrived with an empty box. There was no case or box for the cae in the shipping box. I reached out and received a automated we will be back with you in a certain time period and far exceeeded that and they sent me another email saying have we addressed our problem. NO, you wont even acknowledge what the problem is. I sollowed u multile times and now receive no asnwer. So at this point, i feel as a fraud has been perpetrated against me. A long time loyal customer. I can no longer endorse or support this brand as they have no care whatsoever for their customers. Its embarrasing and they ought to be ashamed of themslves.

I called to get a label to return the…

I called to get a label to return the item that I had just received 2 days past. I found that I ordered the wrong type. I was told that I couldn't return it because the company was not the right v company that I was calling. Very bogus. So I had to file a dispute with my banking institution so they could handle it. I think that was wrong of them to turn me down. I won't be dealing with them anymore.

No real effort to resolve delivery issues

My order contained two items. However the delivery only contained one and that was damaged. I presume the delivery company were to blame but despite messages to them and Tech 21 no resolution has been offered. Tech 21 customer support has now gone silent.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

My item was stolen in transit and never received. The reason for 1* is that Tech21 have no customer services phone number. They have repeatedly ignored my emails and requests for support. They use Evri delivery which is by far the worse delivery service in the UK, I'll be leaving them a review too because they also have no customer services to speak to.

If you run into delivery issues with this company, you are screwed and will not get your money back. AVOID.
