Bau nicht mit Team Massiv Haus…

Wir bauen gerade mit Team Massiv Haus GmbH. Kurz gesagt, wenn ich noch bauen würde, NICHT mit Team Massiv Haus. Möchte man nichts von der Stange oder kein Standart, sind sie überfordert.
Bei Eigenleistung erfährt man ger keine Kooperation. Planung ist ungenau, unser Bauantrag brauchte 4 Nachträge und zum Schluss war es immer noch nicht richtig. Kommunikation ist sehr schlecht. Geht was schief schieben Sie den Schwarzen Peter von sich. Als unerfahrenen Bauherr erfährt Man keinerlei Unterstützung.
Die Empfehlungen der Firmen von TMH zur Bodenanalyse, Erdarbeiten oder gar der Vermesser sollten sie NICHT folgen.

Also lasst es lieber, es gibt bessere Firmen

nicht kulant im Umgang mit Mängeln

leider haben wir ein Haus gekauft, welches von diesem Bauträger gebaut worden war und ich habe es mehr als bereut. Bei allen Mängeln wird nur Mail ping pong gespielt, die Schuldfrage hin und her geschoben und so weiter, aber es wird nichts beseitigt.
