I originally bought the black pashmina shawl for my mother, only to be informed that it was “too exquisite for daily wear” and didn’t quite cover her glutes! While arranging a smooth, friendly return with the TCG team (their customer service is genuinely excellent), I made the dangerous decision to try the shawl on myself… and that was it. Game over.

On my petite frame, it looked impossibly elegant — I’ve never worn a shawl before because I thought I couldn’t pull it off, but the shawl clearly had other plans for me. I ended up treating myself to not one, but two colours: the classic black and the stunning petrol grey. Both are now officially classed as “treasured assets.”

Tcg has very good customer service. Brooch I bought is stunning. Unfortunately I broke it and spoke to Christina regarding a repair. They repaired it and mailed it back to me in super quick time. I can't even see the mend. Christina was very friendly and efficient and a pleasure to speak to.

I bought a pair of cashmere wrist warmer gloves from this company this Christmas and the quality is so beautiful I feel compelled to leave a review. The gloves are exquisite; a deep, vibrant colour, the cashmere is high quality, and most importantly for me, they are seamless so extremely comfortable. I have barely take them off since they arrived. The delivery was fast and they arrived in a lovely box, well packaged. I am delighted. Thank you

The packaging for the stole I bought was very flimsy and was bashed in transit. Although it didn’t damage the item my first impression was not good.
On removing the stole from its flimsy box the garment was all creased and could do with a good iron.
The stole itself was below average quality and if I had seen it in a shop I would not have bought it.

On their customer service I can’t fault them. They refunded me as soon as the item was returned. I have added an extra star to my review for this and I’m sure they will take note of my comments. Thank you TCG.

I love their stoles..... have used many TCG shawls, gloves, scarves and Stoles for myself, birthday’s and Christmas pressies. Also had very good feedback from friends and family re the TCG gifts They are one of my favourites. Extremely warm and good quality. Highly recommend TCG.

I visit your lovely shop, when I was on vacations. I bourght some lovely scarfs. I only missed one thing, because I am a "big" girl, I would have loved if I could have found fx cardigans in lager sizes. I will be back. :) :) :)
