Tc1 gel and sweat belts

Tc1gel is a company that sells sweat belts and a sweat gel that is supposed to increase your body heat and make you sweat more during your workout. I have tried a lot of different kinds so I decided to try this one and it did nothing for me. It's supposed to make you feel a warming sensation when you put it on and it doesn't , It didn't make me sweat more and it was like Vaseline in a jar. When I called the company about returning the product they told me that I couldn't do it because I had already opened it. Well how am I supposed to try the product if I can't open it? Then they claimed that because of the pandemic I couldn't return it. What does it matter if I opened it or not. Even if I didn't open it I still touched The container. I still would have touched the packaging. But just like every other company you accept the return.. what you do with it when you receive it I don't care.. throw it out. But stand by your product and give me my refund. Just because it works for others doesn't mean it's going to work for everyone. This was not cheap. If I paid 10 bucks I'd say okay I'll take my loss but I pay $56 and I'm not paying for it. I stopped payment on my bank card so they will not receive the rest of my money. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection Agency and the Federal Trade Commissioner. So this is going to be the new thing that companies do You're going to take people's money and then you're going to use the pandemic as an excuse not to accept a return? Unacceptable.
