I think their shaving creams are fantastic and pop in when I'm in town. This time I ordered online on a Thursday and the delivery arrived on the next Saturday am. Terriffic

Taylors shaving cream lathers well, good scent, attractively packaged in a chunky pot with an easily- removed screw top.
I bought two, and so got free postage.
They arrived very quickly.

Here we go again, sadly........Taylors Sandalwood Shaving cream used to be so good. Purchased the 150g pot in Jan, 2023 - the usual thick, cream coloured excellent product. Now in Jan 2024, bought new pot...paler, more white colour, the viscosity once lathered is nowhere near the same and is less thick and more watery. I see the accountants have got in on the show and demanded increased profit, so the product has now changed for a cheaper, more inferior product, hoping that we won't notice...well I certainly have. For christs sake, change it back - this new stuff is crap !!

Unfortunately instead of receiving 3 units of the same item, 2 weee missed.
I contacted the customer care of the Company and I am now waiting for a reimbursement.
A new shipment will imply additional costs.
I would have mostly appreciated a new shipment charged to the Company because of their mistake. It was not the case.

I have dealt with Taylors of Bond Street for many years their products are excellent and so is their service.
Prior to ordering on-line I found when phoning the staff were courteous helpful and professional

I bought a shaving brush nearly 4 years ago and the hair is falling, I got in touch with the company and they came out with pathetic answers like that I need to wash the brush every time I use it even though I use shaving soap that is very mild, I got now a £7 brush and is fantastic...the moral of the story don't believe all the rubbish that these people tell you on a overprice item that is RUBBISH..pics available to see

Just an all around bad experience. My order appeared to be confused with someone else's. Was not shipped for ten days after payment. One tub arrived leaking as there was no inner seal. One would think that before placing shrink wrap around an item that it would be checked for an inner seal. Really put off as I extremely enjoy this company's products. Taylor of Old Bond Street you need to do better!

I’m not very happy at all with the service received to date. I ordered something 11 days ago, got an email to say there would be a delay in posting then the same response to my email chasing 7 days after. 11 days later it still hasn’t been dispatched and their customer services goes through to voicemail even though the opening hours are 9-5? Based on this experience I’m afraid I wouldn’t buy from them directly again.
