My son was making his first house purchase. Their background check system broke down but they didn't tell us for 3 months. During this time they didn't even start the checks on the property. Then they withdrew their services with no explanation!

Dealt with Paul Green in the Bognor Regis branch. He was easy to get hold off, replied to telephone call & emails quickly. He kept me informed of where we were & how things were going. I had to go into the office a couple of times & all staff were super helpful & friendly.
Even my silly questions were treated as important & answered so that I could complete paperwork correctly. With Paul’s hard work he helped secure a completed sale on my dad’s property within 3 weeks and 2 days of accepting the offer. Poor communication throughout the process. Purchase Price was wrong on three occasions. Missed a discrepancy in the paperwork regarding the service charge.
Overall the worst experience I have had from a conveyancer and this was the 8th property I have purchased.
