Taxi didn’t turn up, very little warning given.

I ordered a minibus 3 weeks before a wedding to take me and my friends home, the booking was confirmed on the same day. On the day of the wedding I was sent an email at 5pm saying the taxi would no longer be coming, however I only had phone signal, and so wasn't aware. Taxicode has obviously been let down by another company, but made very little effort to let me know or rebook for us, as a consequence 12 of us were left with no transport at midnight at a farm in the middle of nowhere.
