I strongly advise against utilizing…

I strongly advise against utilizing this service due to the vendor's unreliability and unreasonableness. Our experience was marred by discrepancies between the reservation details on Expedia and the vendor's confirmation, despite multiple attempts to rectify the issue over the phone. The company assured us that the driver would accommodate our needs, but ultimately, the service failed to deliver, and we were left to arrange alternative transportation for our family of 12. Furthermore, we encountered difficulties in canceling the service and obtaining a refund.
Given the inconvenience and financial loss we experienced, I would not recommend this company to others.

Reliable Transfer Services.

The booked transfers in Las Vegas were carried out very well and at a fair price. The vehicles were clean, and the drivers were punctual, very helpful and friendly. I would especially like to commend Vivian, who drove us from the hotel to the airport. Her service was truly outstanding. I congratulate you on having such excellent service partners.

Concerns About Driver Fatigue Despite Otherwise Reliable Service

The transfer service from the airport to the hotel and back was generally reliable, and all drivers were consistently friendly and polite. However, I need to address an important point of criticism: all drivers appeared extremely overtired. During the rides, I repeatedly felt that their concentration was significantly reduced – and with it our safety.

For a service in which people’s lives depend directly on the driver’s attention, it is essential that they are well rested and in full condition. Overtired drivers pose a serious risk, regardless of how professional or friendly they may be.

I sincerely hope that the provider urgently reviews its working conditions or driver schedules. Good service requires not only punctuality and politeness, but above all the assurance of every passenger’s safety. It was at Dubai with different drivers for 2 bookings

It was indeed entirely our own fault that the driver had to wait extra, I'll admit that right away.
But when it started taking too long, he suddenly demanded X amount. Otherwise, I would have happily given him a tip of 50,000 or 60,000 rupiah without any fuss, but the moment someone starts demanding it, it really backfires with me. Never using that company again. Lesson learned!

a ripe off

The driver did not show up and did not answer his phone. We finally managed to talk to the local agency and they told us that the driver had already left because our flight was delayed (they did have the flight number to check!) and immigration took too long. The driver or the agency did not even attempt to contact us before leaving the airport and left us to our own devices in the middle if the night. We had to take a normal taxi.

The reaction of Customer "service" was ridicilous. They asked for photos of thw meeting point (what should we have photographed?) and declinded a refund saying everything was correct.

I often take these services, usually with shuttledirect and never encountered problems, even when the flight was delayed. I will avoid this service and do advise everybody to so as well!

Avoid this service

Avoid this service – very poor experience. I booked a van transfer through Taxi2Airport, which was commissioned to AFA Transfer. Unfortunately, the driver never showed up at the meeting point. My flight landed 35 minutes early, and I was waiting at the gate from 18:00 for a scheduled meeting time of 18:40.
Neither of the contact phone numbers provided worked, and despite multiple attempts, I was unable to reach the driver or AFA Transfer. When I finally spoke with customer service at 19:00, I was told that the driver had already left — even though we were present well before the agreed time.

To make matters worse, I am now being told that the service did take place, which is simply not true. This caused unnecessary stress after a flight and left us without the service we paid for. Customer service is not replying any longer.

I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through this service and to choose a more reliable airport transfer provider.

Lack of Service and failure to meet clients

I booked my client with a meet and greet at baggage airport transfer for pickup in Hawaii for pick up on Oct 20th. The driver did not meet them at baggage claim and when they went to the curb the driver said he could not pick them up in front of baggage claim but wanted them to drag 5 suitcases across the airport to meet him which they refused. They ended up getting another taxi to their hotel. I called the booking platform support and they reached out to the vendor Taxi2Airport and they said the driver claimed it was a no-show and refused to refund the money to the client. For this client it was not a matter of the money, but a matter of principle and lack of the service promised. I tried to resolve this the normal way so after much time spent and no result, I have no recourse but to apply a very bad review. Please do not use this company and use another. If need I can provide all details for the transaction and communication.

Please note that due to the legislation of the airport, our drivers cannot wait at any place, and there are specific meeting points depending on the Terminal the flight arrive.
The meeting points are in the instructions shared in the voucher of the booking, and the passenger refused to follow the informed instructions, for which, unfortunately, we are not able to process a refund, as the information was provide,d and a free cancellation up to 24 hours before the pick-up time scheduled was possible if no agreement with the service offered.

Worthwhile

Delay in immigration cost extra for transfer.

Delayed through LAX immigration, use of mobile phones prohibited. Driver, who did not speak English was annoyed we were almost 2 hours later than expected. He didn't understand when I called him, but was able to ask for an additional $50. for the trip. The emergency telephone number provided wasn't picked up.
Driver had been using an empty can as an ashtray. He drove with headlights on full beam the whole time. He also was texting, and making calls holding his phone during the drive.

No confirmation of pick up time etc

Nothing with went wrong with being picked up from the airport But On the return journey
- we had no confirmation on what time the driver was picking us up or from the booking company like they said I would receive a confirmation email/text
We had to guess from my original booking
. Had to get a member of staff ring the driver as I couldn’t understand him Sadly my fault because I couldn’t speak French
- and he was 20 minutes late
Please don’t get me wrong we did get to the airport on time but it was quite stressful not getting the confirmation waiting to see if they were going to turn up or not which is down to the company not the driver
