Fraudulent sales tactics

Fraudulent sales tactics, promising deals were done only to travel over an hour and have my time wasted when eventually despite my best efforts to be upfront they presented a deal 4x more expensive than agreed verbally just wish I had their verbal agreements in writing so I could sue. Wasting $200 in incurred costs because the complimentary uber wasn’t complimentary on the way home.

Bad Dealership

Taverna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat

The entire process was ridiculous. My daughter was moving to a different state for a new job, and we were buying her a pre owned Jeep Wrangler near end of month of April 2026. The sales department only cared about getting the paperwork signed before end of month to achieve a sales target. The salesman was texting me at midnight on the last day of April begging me to sign papers while we were waiting for some minor paint damage to be repaired. The sales manager promised me a $200 check if I would sign before the repairs were completed. We had already waited 8 days for the paint repair. I reluctantly signed the closing paperwork, and the jeep took another week to finally take delivery (and now missing floor matts and the charging cable that was previously in the vehicle). I returned 3 times to get the charging cable and missing floor matt, and was told all 3 times that the $200 check had been mailed. The Service Manager Al assured me, shook my hand a said he had mailed the check. Of course that was a lie and now I can't get a return call from anyone. Do not do business with this dealer. They were the worst I have ever experienced.
