On 29th August 2021 I bought an Apeks regulator from Divestore. The shipment department made a mistake, but it was handled very fast and professional by Divestore. It is a trustworthy dive store and I would be happy to buy equipment from them again.
Acquired a product online from their shop back in 31/08/2020 which was shipped via DPD. The product was delivered to an unknown person on 08/09/2020. Although this is not directly the trader's fault and divestore.de's customer service actually replies within acceptable timeframes, I have yet to be given a way forward for this issue, although I've requested for a refund more than once. I paid for a product that is not in my possession more than 30 days ago and divestore.de is yet to be able to provide a clear response and just tells me that I have to keep waiting until they solve the issue with the carrier. I cannot keep waiting indefinitely.
