They are doing a brand arbitrage.
Its 4 times the cost for normal Telephone services available from your local provide.
They are trying to sell you a 200$ SaaS service without any support.
They charge you a one time setup fee but then dont set you up for 2-3 months or ask you to do all the legwork while billing you more and more.
Their support team is a bunch of people who just keep emailing responsibility to each other.
They unneccesairly absuive contracts with 1 year 2 year lock in periods.
Not only are they unncessarily expense, Its a shame to see TATA associate with such a business model and company.
You can get an EPBAX yourself for a one time cost of their 2 month subscription and keep all your data and configure well. You anyway have to do all the configuration yourself as their team isnt helpful.
They also try to use unfair biling means and their accounting team keeps giving you their hopework.
They broke our CRM and HR Funnel, and its an awful comapny to work with.
