My order was botched in numerous ways:

I ordered 3 items. One was a dress that was told to be of a Cotton/linen blend, but arrived made of polyester. The other dress I received wasn’t even the style I ordered. The final item was a pair of shorts that arrived two sizes too small.

What a scam.

I heard nothing back from Customer Service, so am hoping no other poor unsuspecting person loses money on this Vendor.

Very poor quality and look nothing like what I had ordered

The quality of the clothes is really good. They are well cut and look very stylish when worn. I tried them on immediately after receiving them, and everyone said they looked good.

I ordered 2 dresses and when they arrived, they where very poorly sewn, in a different fabric and when I try to contact them, the mail is wrong.
Dont buy anything from them.

The clothes that came were nothing like the photo's.
They weren't cheap and the fabric is terrible polyester.
I am so disappointed

The material is very pure and does not stick to the shin. Older people can relax the size appropriately and wear a shawl, which looks quite nice.

This is a fake shop, they steal the produkt pictures from other shops that actually sells quality products. Some of the pictures is from the sweedish nygardsanna.

I ordered some beautiful pants in this store. My package arrived within a week. Pants coming with a nice quality, and sizing seems appropriate. I am so glad I found Tatadress. will order again.

This site has got to be a scam. I ordered, what looked like jeans, and received them about 3 weeks later. They weren’t anything like they were advertised. They were like nylon with a jeans look printed on them. They were also not anywhere near the size I ordered. I ordered a Large and I’m normally a size 8. These were probably around a size 24. They were so off size it was almost comical.

Took a chance and lost.

I received my order and what I received does not look like what was advertised on the website. The photo is a pair of jeans and I received a pair of poorly made polyester pants. I reached out to customer service for a refund. They weren’t willing to give me a full refund or pay for shipping, back to China!!! I look up shipping via USPS and it would cost me just as much for the item I bought. Insanity!! This place is a total scam. They should be shut down for fraudulent practices.

This is a fake company. The positive reviews of it below, I am convinced, are shill. My mother ordered a cotton dress and received a polyester knockoff that is definitely not the same quality as the photo and is a different, orangey, hue.
Take a small piece of the excess fabric from one of the hems. Burn it. If it burns up, it is cotton. If it melts and leaves a hardened string, it is polyester. The dress we got was polyester…and ugly. Shame on people who use their valuable digital skills to steal. I’m not holding my breath about getting money back.

I had considered buying 3 items from this company but felt uneasy about completing the order without testing out customer services to ask if I could return & refund the items if they didn’t fit or suit me. They did respond a few days later & referred me to their website refund policy. It felt off & as I’ve had similar experiences in the past with not being able to return items without considerable costs , I decided against completing the order. I agree with a comment about PayPal being complicit as when I was ripped off by a similar company years ago & turned to PayPal for help , they told me that the company had said that the item I ordered had been delivered , yes they sent a plastic cat dish worth about 50 pence when I had ordered a drinking fountain worth at least £20 . Thank heaven for trust pilot & those who share their experiences , I’m so sorry for all those who have lost money to this appallingly dodgy company & yes Pinterest should be taken to task on this

Items shipped were not the items in the photographs. Fabric was described as cotton linen. Polyester is what I got. Absolutely false advertising!!’

Once order went through no updates from company indicating I ordered! Also wrong item recieved after 6-8 weeks! No invoice nothing…..I have emailed their customer support no answer yet!

Really no stars!! Did not get what I ordered. Not as the picture and not right fabric. Don’t order

I wouldn't even give them 1 star BUT I have no choice as that's how you start the review process. I bought my Tatadress top which was nothing like the picture or the material I guess I should be happy I got something than nothing!! from a Pinterest ad shame on Pinterest for not checking their advertisers OR keeping them honest, this company must play a role in keeping their followers consumer safe. Its pretty obvious the people giving 5 stars work for the company as the English is limited and doesn't detail the products ordered in most cases shame shame.

The items received do not match their description on the site, are low quality, and sizing is terrible.

Additionally, when I ordered the items the estimated delivery was 7-10 days. They took over a month to be received.

Items shipped from china to a distributor and then were reshipped from a US address in the same packaging.

Return policy has unnecessary obstacles and is basically impossible to return anything. They do not stand behind their products.

The jumpsuit is standard in size, good in quality, even better than I expected, and comfortable to wear. It's pretty good.

ZERO rating. The products are fake. Return policy: package to China at your own cost. Returning a individual item to China, imagine that! Alternative: 15% (!) refund…
