Extremely disappointed.

Extremely disappointed.
Twice I have booked for an afternoon tea to be delivered to my mum and twice they have failed to deliver. There is very little communication and they tell you to download shop so you can updates for the delivery. The first time I received a message telling me when it was sent but no more updates and the afternoon tea was never received. I asked for it to be sent again via WhatsApp and they promised me they would, but yet again it was not received
