Tap arrived within a week
Tap arrived within a week. Nice looking tap, feels heavy. But no instructions! so I have two small rubber washers on my windowsill because my husband didn't know where they fit.
Really hoping it doesn't start leaking, because of the washers not being fitted.

Excellent customer service and quick delivery
I ordered a replacement Villeroy & Boch kitchen sink from TapsUK. Their price was lower than that of competitors and the delivery, free of charge, occurred within two working days of my order. An email enquiry the day of my order was answered immediately (and helpfully). I received an email on the day of dispatch - the next working day after my order had been placed - giving me information about delivery and tracking. The company making delivery were excellent, where so many these days are not: their tracking worked perfectly and the person making the delivery was helpful and considerate, giving me time to check the contents of the package. I thought customer service was very good indeed.

Once we got through to the advisor and they checked up on our request to confirm the product we wanted was in stock by us sending a picture on email which they checked on the spot and confirmed correct sink and next day delivery for a small fee
