Web-sit was clear & easy to navigate. Found what I wanted quickly; costs were clearly displayed; delivery date was very soon & price was competitive. When the product arrived it was well packaged & had a reminder in the box to check the product thoroughly for damage and defects.

The delivery time was as quoted with good communication and efficient delivery from the courier. Product was as described and excellent.

Great Service

I rang to check the toilet was in stock as I wanted it urgently, a helpful staff member said it was and I ordered it. To my amazement it arrived at lunch time the next day! Great Service

Excellent All Round Service

Taps Empire provide an excellent service from start to finish. From an easy to navigate website, excellent communication and customer support, to the rapid dispatch and delivery of a product I couldn't be happier with. Even when I discovered a small component was missing Taps Empire promptly resolved the issue FREE of charge, even though I'd ordered the item a month prior to that - a lot of bathroom related companies likely wouldn't have been so helpful. Excellent value for the money and I will definitely be purchasing from Taps Empire again in the future.

Excellent

Excellent! Best price for a Franke accessory out of any of the suppliers. Website and payment process very easy to navigate. We have used Taps twice, each of our orders arrived very promptly with goods in perfect condition. Would definitely use Taps Empire again.
