Never ever did get my problem sorted out with a broken tap had to repair myself will never use the company again and would not recommend them

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a sink drainer which was damaged in transit. Have been trying to claim a refund for over a week and no responses to any of my emails whatsoever! I will speaking to the trading standards or the ombudsman and taking this further as this is absolutely ridiculous. Avoid at all costs do not purchase from this looting company. They clearly do not want to issue refunds or take any responsibility for any of their poor customer service. I've been super stressed and frustrated by this all.

I ordered a fridge and was not contacted by Taps or courier to arrange date. They came out of the blue and I wasn't able to receive it. Then Taps said I would have to pay for a redelivery since I confirmed the delivery date. I told her I did not and that if I had, there would be a record of a confirmation with the company. There was none. They arranged a redelivery and when the driver came, he told me he was not insured to bring the fridge in and it was curb side drop off only.
I called the company and customer service said I should have been told they were only a pallet company and I wasn't. I had to reject the order and now I am waiting for a refund so I can buy a fridge from a company that has a proper 2 man delivery service. Unnecessary stress and had to take the day off for nothing.

I bought a rangemaster sink and tap from these guys about 18 months ago. The tap started to drip the other week. I filled in the online form and they responded with hours with a contact for Rangemaster who I will write a seperate review for; they are in the process of sending the me a repair kit.

Rubbish products, terrible customer service, refuse to refund. Sister companies are Better Bathrooms and Bathrooms2Buy, avoid at all costs. They will steal your money and then ignore you. I will be taking legal action against them to recover all costs. AVOID AVOID AVOID

So easy to deal with this company. The goods were delivered in the time slot that was given. Excellent!

Similar to other reviews. Payed £26 with the courier they recommended to return a sink with insurance. Returned in Orginal packaging 100% condition. The item ( steel sink ) of was mysterious damaged on arrival by the courier they recommended. They won’t give me my money back, courier insurance won’t pay out either. Still waiting for a manager to call me back, it’s been 2 weeks. Somehow the cardboard box is in perfect condition but the metal sink is “bent”. Very untrustworthy company. Do not buy from.

Bought a vanity unit from TAPS UK, it was the lowest price i could find on the net and was delivered on a bank holiday sunday by a very nice chap at the alloted time. It is in perfect condition waiting to be fitted. I would buy from them again, very professional.

The product came as advised on the date . The tap for my kitchen was better than expected

I had an account credit due to a late return of order more than 2 years ago. Was thinking the credit may have gone. But the staff quickly confirmed the credit which I used for my new purchase. Very pleased.

It was a bit confusing swapping between betterbathrooms.co.uk and taps.co.uk, I needed to cancel my first order, but being on a Saturday it was not possible, someone offered to email a department, which if she did they never replied, I sent my first order bake and the second one is perfect, courier cost me £8.0, would I use the company again, probably, but not on the weekend !!

Good prices , quick delivery , good product . Can't go wrong !

Taps is an alternative name for Better Bathrooms, and if I had known i wouldnt have ordered a shower screen from them, After the one i had 2yrs ago from BB sudenly exploded at 2 in the morning! BB said its out of warranty! Of the things i bought from BB the following has occurred, All taps are rusty, Sink units doors have split, Bluetooth mirror doesnt work, Other mirror I bought has corroded and sink plug has split! And then the shower screen, Its all CHEAP c**p stuff so dont even go their!
