Teeth barely any whiter
The treatment was alright and the practitioner was friendly. However, they claim to give you a guarantee of achieving at least 4 shades brighter teeth which they did not meet in my case.
After my treatment I told the practitioner that my teeth are barely lighter. He agreed and said that within 3 months I could get a treatment again, possibly for 50% of the price. But I did not get more information on this and how to claim it.
That brings me to the point: what do they mean by having a guaranteed service? In my case the guarantee was not met, I talked about it with the practitioner right after the treatment and wrote them twice and they never answered me.
In my opinion if the guarantee something they should keep that promise and offer a second treatment for free. Otherwise don’t guarantee it.
Verdict:

- they offer a guarantee but in my personal experience that was a lie
