A Platform That Fails to Listen or Respond

I came in expecting a company that actually valued communication, but what I got was silence and neglect. Reaching support felt like shouting into a void—messages were ignored for days, and when a reply finally arrived, it was lifeless and robotic, as if no real person bothered to read it. The platform claims to bring people together, yet it feels distant and uncaring once you need help. The disconnect is unbelievable for a company built on communication. I genuinely wanted to believe in its mission, but the lack of attention, sincerity, and responsibility turned that hope into nothing but disappointment.
