I've been using the Talarmade Gaitway arch support orthotic insoles for a few years now; after experiencing chronic lower back pain, I finally found a chiropractor who recognised that I needed to have insoles and I've benefited hugely from their use. Having moved out of the UK I inquired about ordering some more and whilst they were not available on the website the support team at Talarmade have been great and an order is now placed.

I Have been using these insoles for quite some time and the difference has been inceredible. They have helped me reduce my foot fatigue, especially during long days on my feet. They are shipped to me directly to Malta and placing orders and payment is very easy. Highly recomended!!

THE HELPFULNESS I GOT FROM LAURA WAS GREAT SO KIND TOOK THE TIME TO HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM SUCH A VERY KIND LADY

This morning I needed to order an arm sling. Not knowing where to begin in ordering I phoned and spoke to Laura who advised and answered all my questions and sent me the necessary link.
In speaking with Laura the whole process was made easy and as it was today Friday the 27th of June, she managed my expectations for delivery.

Being an OAP I prefer to speak to someone rather than use the internet. I called the number for Customer Services expecting to be on hold for ages, but to my surprise I was speaking to someone very quickly.
Ryan Price was absolutely charming and so helpful. I ordered something and to my surprise it arrived the next day. An excellent service, and I shall recommend this company to my friends.

I would definitely recommend this company as my order arrived really quickly, which was the next day. I was not expecting this to happen as I thought it would take longer! Also when I had a question Alex Alqotaibi gave me great customer service and helped me straightaway. Another thing I was happy about is that the insoles were exactly what I was looking for and in the sale. The shop that I used to buy them from had closed down so I was very lucky to find that this company sell the same ones.

I needed a spare part for my Turbomed AFO's to replace one I had broken. This was the second time in 6 months however TalarMade organised it really quickly (again) and despatched it same-day free of charge.
You can't beat that for service!

Amy was really helpful and friendly on the phone. She luckily noticed that it would’ve been cheaper for me to order my insoles online rather than at wholesale price as there was a special offer on, so it saved me an extra £10.

Great products and excellent and immediate help via an old fashioned telephone with Joe Dodd who cleared was able to answer my query. I am particularly impressed with the cold compression therapy knee pack. One in the deep freeze and one on my knee!

I went online and purchased some shoe insoles and a knee support, I have found that they have really helped my condition, and the service provided was excellent. The member of staff who served me was very pleasant, patient and understanding, if anyone has issues with their feet or legs then I highly recommend this company and and their products

The service provided was second to none, the staff were polite, helpful and happy to assist on any potential aftercare queries. I bought a knee support for my dad, it really helped him out and he had no complaints regarding it. After a few days, he has been able to start walking more comfortably again which is great to see. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need.

Having attended TALARMADE’s premises in Chesterfield three times in the last couple of months I cannot fault the company's customer services. Phone calls are always returned when they say, and in a very pleasant telephone manner.
On two occasions I have dealt with Ryan (unfortunately do not know his surnames) and on each occasion he has gone out of his way to assist me and also is very knowledgeable about the product.
As for the X-TERN leg brace they are incredible and have transformed my mobility! Now 71 I have to wear on both legs and prior to getting them two years ago I struggled to play 9 holes of golf, I can now easily play 27 or, if needed, 36 without problems.
As another reviewer said previously,’can’t believe the difference the device has made’.

I was referred by physio to get support for foot and ankle. experience was great, all options discussed various things shown and tried, decision made, innersole given, and x-tern ordered for me. Collected and fitted in under two weeks. Service was great, can't believe the difference the device has made.
