ALWAYS A GOOD SERVICE

HAD TO CALL THEM AS NEW TERMINAL WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.
REALLY HELPFUL AND POLITE AND GOT THE MACHINE WORKING.
LUCKILY I DONT HAVE TO CALL VERY OFTEN BUT WHEN I DO I LIKE THE FACT THEY ANSWER THE TELEPHONE VERY PROMPTLY AND EVERYONE IS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

I had an excellent experience with Nadine from Takepayment. She has been absolutely magnificent from start to finish. Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.

Nadine took the time to clearly explain everything, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was always responsive, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the best solution for my needs. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her.
