While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Taj Voyages is an Australian-owned travel specialist based in Sydney, creating tailor-made journeys to India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Bhutan and Nepal for travellers from Australia. We are ATAS accredited, accreditation number A12208, and have been designing journeys for Australian travellers since 2012. We design private, tailor-made itineraries rather than packaged group departures. Your route, your pace, your accommodation, your guides — built around what you actually want from the trip. We plan the Golden Triangle and Rajasthan, Kerala and the South, the tiger reserves of Central India, the tribal North-East, Sri Lanka’s cultural triangle and hill country, Vietnam from Hanoi to the Mekong Delta, and Himalayan journeys through Nepal and Bhutan. We also specialise in India’s luxury rail journeys: the Maharajas’ Express, Palace on Wheels, Golden Chariot and Deccan Odyssey. Cabins are released months ahead and sell out early, and they need to be fitted around the rest of an itinerary rather than bolted onto it. There are good reasons to use an Australian specialist. We price in Australian dollars, so there is no exchange-rate gap between quote and payment. Our consultants are reachable during Australian hours, seven days a week. Our ATAS accreditation means we operate in compliance with Australian Consumer Law and the ATIA Code of Conduct, with a formal complaints pathway behind it. And one team is accountable for the whole journey — regional flights, hotels, transfers, private guiding and visa guidance. We are an Australian business. Our office is in Box Hill, New South Wales, and every itinerary we build is planned here.
