Update:
I just purchased a Double Bell MK12 SPR MOD 0 and 8,000 .25 bbs. The gun worked well and had a good weight to it. Sadly both bb bags had ripped and spilled all over the box. But, Taiwangun quickly refunded the bbs.👍

I am very sorry that such a thing happened to you. We will check the video of who packed your parcel and we will talk with this employee about using the packs with bbs to ensure the replica isn't moving inside the box is not the right thing to do. During this last sale, PayPal made a mistake and used the wrong account for payment. I had to cancel the order. These people refunded the payment quickly. I will be ordering from them again in the future.

Taiwangun is the best.
I'm in the USA, but even with shipping across the Atlantic,Taiwangun is my favorite retailer for most all my airsoft needs. They have aeg's and gas pistols that are hard to find in the states, their prices on parts are second to none, and the 8fields tactical gear has a great price/performance value. It is also a great source for bio-bb's that arent crazy overpriced. Plus, they are very responsive to email and social media messages. Truly, I can't say enough good things about my Polish airsoft friends.

Got my Arcturus AK12 replica during the sale. The price they offer is well below the MSRP of any US based replica online/offline shops. They process your order relatively fast from Europe and ship internationally from there. Beware, their warranty and service might be a hassle if you are based in the US, so be sure to get a reputable replica to avoid potential hassle. That is what you really should be getting anyway; as the MSRP of the replica goes up, so will the price difference/discount that Taiwangun offers.

Amazing product. Exactly as ordered. Took a bit longer than expected to get to US with more fees than expected after it got here before I could get it to my house. Maybe a bit more info on import prices while ordering, just so there are no surprises. Otherwise, with the prices you guys have compared to other companies of the same product, I still saved a lot of money and will be buying from you in the future!

And about the Custom charges. There is information when you are confirming your order: International shipping. Any duties or import taxes are not included and may be charged upon delivery.
We are sorry that you were charged with the extra fee.
Unfortunately, some parcels to the U.S., like 1 in 100-200, are charged that extra fee. There should be no additional fee when your parcel is less than $800. Unfortunately, when we contacted U.S. Customs they couldn't answer why some parcels are randomly charged with such fees.

Cyma Platinum at a good price, recommended store
I bought a Cyma Platinum that was well priced and included the installation of the Krestel ETU for about 50 euros. When the gun arrived, everything was fine except that the ETU was not installed/included.
After contacting them and posting this review, they responded quickly and refunded the money for the ETU Krestel.
I am happy with the purchase, and I will continue shopping at this store.

The problem occurred because of the failure of our new sales system, and we are very sorry about that. Of course, it should be resolved faster, and you should get the refund right away after sending the claim to us.

Expensive and slow shipping
Ordered 10 days ago, i had to take a day-off from work to be able to take the package but then it was delayed again. It’s disgusting they charge 23 euro for this awful shipping service.
