Waste of space, had problems with neighbours I've reported it and tai tarion just ignore you , they say they don't tolerate drugs in there homes 🤣🤣 , and don't do jack shit about it they are a joke .

I had a visit recently from Tai Tarian to do a survey on my house for solar panels which are a waste of time really without battery storage but my complaint is use told that I had to have smart meters fitted or they couldn’t install the solar panels but I found out today that I was lied to because I went to visit one of my father’s friends and I was telling him that I had to have smart meter fitted or no solar panels he said that’s bullshit Tai Tarian put solar panels in for me and I’ve still got my old gas and electric meters so lied to yet again ive said it before and I’ll say it again as long as Tai Tarian are getting their rent money they really don’t give a shit about their tenants the house should never have been handled over to Tai Tarian they should have been left with Neath council if I could have given a minus score I would and it would have been minus 10

Terrible housing Association.
Housing officers never make good on any of their promises.
Terrible attitude toward neighbour anti social behaviour. They do nothing.
Housing repairs are very sloppy and shabby.
I'm looking to rent from another Housing association.
I know people that work for Tai Tarian that don't have a good word fir them.

I've lived in a Ta Tarian property for almost 7 years and have nothing but praise for the organisation.
I live alone and am disabled so can't manage any type of repairs. I only have to ring and a member of staff arrives in a day or two.
The staff are pleasant, courteous but remain professional.
Best thing I did was to move here .

I live in a property which does not meet with my needs as a disabled person. I am stranded with no access to my family and any local services; doctor's is far; 1 or 2 miles away & the nearest bus stop is just as far; too far for me as I can barely walk. I don't know who to turn to. I am not getting any help.
