the phone only lasted a few months.
then they wanted to upsale her on new phone. i tried to get on different plan with infinity. then tag said the name was wrong. then they said they never got the second attempt. then said wait a couple days see if the get it. all this time they was trying to get her to buy a phone and they can just reactivate her number. i eas told bo supervisor was working. then i was told its a 48 hour window for the supervisor to call back. they lied to me and my daughter mutiable times. they said now the number is lock and they cant release it. beware they will send you a bad phone that won't last. then try to upsale you to BUY a new phone from tag. they wont release you phone number to any other provider. it has been almost 2 weeks. the worst customer service

Pieces of crap... Their best speed data is like 2G you can't even operate your social media or even go on a simple HTML page I have been trying to reach a human for assistance via customer service for months they don't have anyone working there this is a government sham. I also spent over $30 buying data and still wasn't afforded speedy internet access 3322288668 run diagnostic... I don't even know why this country allows them to operate as a business doing this BS this is the problem legal loopholes where people get rich off of other people's ignorance instead of making people smarter...you all devil's tbh

Tag mobile is the worst I've been sending email after email about my sim even though I put in for a phone but back to it my phone is locked and I can't use the sim card I was on hold yesterday 11-3-2025 for an hour and 5mins I have email and called no answer period...if the had zero stars I would have gave them that ....ugh frustrated

I didn't get the phone I wanted. The ad said free iPhone. I feel like y'all tricked me into signing up and then sent me the worst phone I have ever seen or had. Bad business.

Someone there ask me for a 10 digit number. But my former phone co. Gave me a 6 digit transfer number . Is not ringing.

The phone was delivered quickly, was easy to set up, and the phone calls are clear.

I got the phone after it went missing for a week. my neighbor had it. I plugged it up and it keeps blinking and it won't allow me to set it up. it just keeps blinking at the start up screen. I've tried removing the battery for a day and reinserting and it's not operating correctly and I cannot find any assistance online or a phone to reach out for a replacement.

From the easy application process to receiving my phone, was not only much quicker than I expected (about 1 week) but the simple ease of it all.... Thank you - Joshua

Everything from phone to delivery to service is outstanding

I haven't even gotten the phone in the first place it's way past the day it was supposed to be here, actually it's past 10 days and I have not received so much as a tracking number, or response when I contacted support through e-mail, no updates or anything I would've been okay with a delay however I have not received and update or anything I signed up because I needed it and it's almost been a month since I was approved
