Was little disappointed in screen quality, scratched very easily, disconnects from apps, at times and have to reload them, such as Spotify, multiple times...Bluetooth works great on different speakers... See more

You sent me a defective phone
I haven't got my order yet it say today…
I haven't got my order yet it say today it should be here
Not worth the one star.
Not worth the one star. Horrible customer service. Horrible reception. Said they were sending a Samsung A56. I don't expect to get a nice phone with lifeline it's just nice to have anything to stay in contact with family and such. So I was a little excited to get a good phone that should last a while. So this little tiny box comes in the mail it was an A56 alright an A56 foxdd worst phone I've seen in my life and I'm not picky total trash no signal worthless. Would have better luck trying to call someone on a Merlin. Do yourself a favor and go with assurance or the other reputable companies
Lifeline Provider???
I had a couple of choices for Lifeline carriers in my area. Assurance Wireless and Tag Mobile were two of them. Tag offered more data per month and they had a decent phone. So I decided to go with Tag. BIG MISTAKE. Not only did I NOT receive the phone (it's been 3+ weeks I can't seem to speak to anyone on the phone as I need to enter a phone number in order to get someone on the line! Chalk it up to experience. This mobile provider is BAD. I wouldn't trust them to complete a sentence nevermind a simple transaction. Now I have to alert Lifeline about the situation and have them reinstate my eligibility for the program. Without a phone enrolled in a program that ensures low-income citizens the necessity of having a phone with service. Poor job of following through and adhering to the guidelines set forth by the government assistance program. You fail.

Failed business
This "communication" company can not be contacted - never answer the phone lines or e-mail. The online requests they do not reply neither.

I’ve checked my status for over a month now and still haven’t received anything nor a phone it keeps saying I’m in the system and I still haven’t been approved and I’ve sent all proof requested. Am I gonna be approved for the free phone or not?
Waste of American tax dollars
These people are being allowed to rip off tax payers dollars treating customers anyway that they please whilst the American people pay there salaries and the "GOVERNMENT" BIG EMPHASIS ON GOVERN allows the American people to be treated in such a way by just another foreign company ! All these reviews and reports and still They receive their funds at grants or whatever it is that allows them to operate and treat us tax payers so poorly the worst is the people that are suppose to protect us are allowing it to happen with no reproductions this company should be shut down and funding DISCONTINUED IMMEDIATELY!! however we will continue to leave these reviews and complaints and nothing will happen! This is why the American people can barely afford the shit food our country tries to sell us the money is just being printed and giving to other countries that just prey !!! Proud to be an American !
Sent Me A Broken Phone!
Got a phone from them that won't hold a charge. When I emailed the 3 days later about it the email bounced back. When I finally got a hold of someone 3 weeks later, they are saying that they can't send out a new one. RUN away from this money hungry company.
I joined Tag mobile in June
I joined Tag mobile in June. I purchased a Nokia C300 for $10.00. I received the phone and started using the service. About 3 weeks in I noticed the speaker function was not working. Then I noticed that I could see my homescreen when looking at other apps, or pictures in the background. So I log into my account and used the contact screen to notify Tag. I sent 3-5 messages this way for about 3 weeks. Then one day I called tag and waited about 30 minutes, and then someone answered the phone. The representative was not very nice, as she proceeded to tell me I had not sent any messages to tag mobile about my devices issues. So I asked to speak to a supervisor. She told me I had to wait 24 to 48 hours to speak to a supervisor. To me this is unacceptable but I waited for a supervisor to call me back, and the supervisor told me the same thing. She says she had no record of me sending any messages to Tag Mobile in June or July of 2025. Tag Mobile sold me a defective device. I went to Nokia's website and ran the IMEI number. Nokia's website said that warranty is not valid. So with that said I basically have to change to another carrier who provides a phone with their service. All tagged what we needed to do was exchange my device and I would have been happy, but they refused to. I would not use Tag Mobile Service if I were you, and definitely did not buy a phone from them because they are selling defective devices. As far as I'm concerned tag mobiles customer service... there is none.
How this company getting 5 star…
How this company getting 5 star reviews? Ohhh cuz they are fake accounts like the company, got it!! This is by far the worst lifeline service of them all. They never answer the phone, they never respond to emails. How are they for real still in business? I'm now locked in to a service I can't disconnect from, I tried switching my service to another provider and I can't..tag mobile mark your days..you are the worst and I do mean the worst ever!!

I will submit a second review after I…
I will submit a second review after I receive my new phone and SIM card. I just signed up with Tag 1 1/2 days ago and already received an email to top-up with more GB of data. This wasn’t expected because I haven’t even received phone and SIM card yet!
