Tactic Air Drone 

Not bought from them myself but I've had similar bad experience with a brand called Eonvy who might be related.

This drone is a toy for a bit of fun in the garden. Do not buy if you have any interest in using for photography. I purchased the 4K version but was not sent this. Others have had the same issue, so basically a scam. There was no contact from company about anything - no acknowledgement of order, no receipt, no advice re delivery. I was about to report to my bank about it being a scam when the drone arrived in the post. Very cheaply priced, so if you want a toy, it's OK. However, their advertising markets it as much more than this. I also noticed that the company uses a variety of names so beware.

The apex air drone foldable 4k is NOT as advertised when you get from china you get a 720p+480p ONE camera not 2 as advertised and not 4k the box says double and duel camera and no place to return for refund and has for there call centra that's all I can say about that

The company has changed the name of the drone to Apex Air Drone. It is still a scam and they took my money. They have paid some small websites to post glowing reviews, when you purchase the drone you receive a confirmation SMS and email from a different company with the name Tactic Air Drone and not Apex Air Drone as advertised. It is at this stage I did a Google search and realised I had been possibly scammed
I contacted them via email requesting my order cancelled with no response. I sent around 10 emails. Finally a response saying I had been refunded and to contact my bank. A flat out lie.

I brought drone. Took weeks to arrive. Instructions suck. Customer service sucks. Drone is ok for a practice drone. It has a lot of extra features that you can practice with. If you need for anything other then practice or for a beginner drone Look at other drones

This tactical drone was ADVERTISED on a YouTube video. The ADVERTISEMENT stated that it had all the features of a $5000 drone used by the military and the reason why it was being offered to anyone for only $100 is because THE COMPANY DOESN’T ADVERTISE. Anyone who doesn’t see that SPIEL as a blatant LIE is missing a ginormous red flag. I have come across many promotions like this usually from products made in China deliberately to misrepresent the product to get people to buy it. I decided to test the red flag feeling that I got from this ad by doing some research on the web and I ended up on this site. By the reviews posted, turns out that I was dead on with my suspicions. The only positive review I found on this site was definitely written as a five star review by someone who does not know English very well at all. These are PAID reviews. This company is violating every truth in advertising law there is on the books. The company that makes this drone should be sued by the appropriate regulatory agencies and forbidden from doing business in the United States. What this so-called drone company is doing is a crime. Those who have been ripped off should not write it off, rather, they should write to The Consumer Protection Bureau and make a detailed complaint. If all those who have been ripped off by this scam did that, the company would no longer exist.

I ordered one, got an invoice for 3. 20 emails sent trying to cancel (4 within minutes of receiving the invoice), no reply, no customer support. I would avoid like the plague.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!
Tactical air drone is junk. I flew it about two minutes before one prop stopped turning. A drone with only three functional props is trash which is exactly where it belongs. Don't waste your money.

Rubbish. Save your money. Advertised as a bargain at 50% off. Took nearly 3 months to arrive. From the outset it wouldn’t link properly to iPhone. Couldn’t operate camera. Contacted customer support who eventually replied. Apparently the error was with my app. After light use- reverse flying didn’t work. It was bought as a present for my son- who didn’t use it much as it was frustrating to operate ( and he’s not a first time drone user!) Eventually I contacted Hyperstech who sell it. “Sorry, ONLY 30 days returns policy”
And that tells you all you need to know.
As it took nearer 90 days to arrive (instead of the 15 max promised) I was on to a loser from the outset. This is the first time I’ve written a review on a purchase. Shame it’s because it’s a cheap and nasty product with zero interest in customer service.

Took about three weeks to arrive.
Cheap and tacky plastic .
Instructions, brief, in a weird unrecognisable language.
Keeps on flying into things, haven't had a flight yet when it doesn't.
Does not respond to user input.
Customer services DO NOT respond to any e mails.
DO NOT believe any of the product reviews, many of them are on websites linked to the company, others are so poor as to not warrant even been read.
Whatever you do, do not buy this product!!!

Just taking it outside it flew up pretty high then I lost control of it and it pissed off haven’t seen it since got no idea where it’s gone it’s 70 quid down the toilet

I purchased a tactic air drone before Christmas. It never arrived. I contacted tech support twice without a single response. I used the tracking feature, it worked until 12/22/21 then it just stopped tracking the package. THIS COMPANY STOLE MY MONEY!!!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!! THEY REFUSE TO EVEN RESPOND TO ME. THE ITEM WAS NEVER DELIVERED. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A -2000 REVIEW I WOULD. I WILL NEVER GIVE ANY COMPANY ASSOCIATED WITH TACTICAL AIR MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!

I ordered a drone for my husband for Christmas. Problem # one: Problem # 2. I 'think" that I made a mistake at some point and reordered the drone. My problem is that I am now the proud owner of five drones other than the one that I know I ordered.

I bought it in September 2021. Received around 2 months later, one of engine is not working. Sent a couple emails no responding. Poor quality.

this is a scam company!! as soon as i ordered i realised was from china. sent several emails to cancel and refund. all emails ignored.
then got a shipping notice with delivery confirmation from china. this item was not received.

Sucked-in by the impressive word-play on their (and others) site, I figured to take advantage of the current blatantly advertised 50% discount offer and buy a tactic drone for my son - his last one having succumbed to modern-day cheapskate manufacturing - like everything else.

Hence I began filling out the on-line purchase form. It was fine up to the point up pops a screen with "recommended add-ons"

4K Camera $49
Carrying Case $34
Spare Blades $11

I stopped filling out the form (never sent it) and opted to email what was described as their "award-winning customer service team." I did wonder at the time why I had never heard of International "Customer Service Awards" OR who exactly organizes them?

This is what I sent:

"I have just virtually completed your purchase documentation when I am faced unexpectedly with the "option" of buying both the 4K camera and the carrycase - already stated to be included.

I refer/quote your own product description :

(A) "The Tactic AIR Drone features dual cameras that can be used and viewed simultaneously or independently. Complimenting the advanced features of the drone, the integrated upper and lower 4K HD cameras are combined with an advanced photography mobile App. "

This STATES clearly that it 'features/meaning obviously - ' includes' .....the 4K camera that you are now wanting to charge an additional $49 for - it says nothing about them being at "an extra cost". Are you kidding? In any event, one would assume they are already fitted?

(B) It further states:

among the Key features...

"Carrying case included" (check it yourself!)

Yet now you want to charge for that too?

So in essence that $99 order EXCUDES a camera (which is the whole point of owning a drone) and the carry-case. How do you reconcile that against your own written statements? Interesting also that by forcing the buyer to purchase the camera, carry-case and spare blades separately, that brings the total back to basically the original $200 - which totally eradicates your "token" 50% discount. Brilliant, but crooked!

Pending completion of the order.....Please explain.

48 hours later I sent another email (my third) to 'Alex Smith' (more likely to be 'Carlos Alvarez, since they are apparently in Brazil) stated to be the customer service manager.

"I have sent you both an in-house email and a secondary email to this email address. A reply was promised within 24 hours. I haven't seen one!

NOW, the order was never completed.....you had no right to either process the order or take the money. Either way, in the absence of the finished order - HOW do you plan on sending anything? You don't know what I want.

So, I'll tell you, the drone, the camera, carry case and spare blades - as it originally stated on both yours and other websites - for the advertised 50% discount. Either send that or refund my $99 thank you!

Five emails now, and your (laughably) "award winning customer service team" have elected to ignore all of them. WHY? You did the wrong thing....you took money not belonging to you,
tried to extort more for items that should have been included in the sale and realizing this...or rather that the purchaser (us) had realized that fact....figured "Oh, let's just ignore him,"

Tell me Alex is this how you yourself would care to be treated by any third party?

I run my own business - for the last 33 years now. We stand behind what we sell - the one thing instilled into all staff members is "Customers for sure, are not always right, but never ignore them!" That is about as unprofessional as you can get.

Obviously, that's not the creed by which Tactic Air operates.

If I were you, I would respond to this email - with answers to the questions and comments made four emails ago.

5 minutes after ordering I wanted to cancel it as I realised it wasn’t the one I wanted. Tried again 3 days later. It’s been a week and had no response other than “product shipped.”

1 star rating simply for ignorance, I don’t even care about the product because I don’t want it!!

The link at which indicates is a 4K camera but received a 720p+480P camera. The video recording is very poor, barely can see any thing of the video recorded. This drone is way too much $99. Very disappointed!

Sept 10 2023 Update: finally received an for answer. I spoke with an employee name Arden in the reprotection department. She told me that even though I have proof that I did not board the plane and the flight was canceled and I deserve my money back, Kenya air has told ASAP tickets that I did not board the plane. So ASAP tickets knows that Kenya air is is lying, Asap tickets is going to keep my money because Kenya air won't give them their money back. Arden told me that this doesn't happens frequently to customers. But it does happen periodically where customers ASAP tickets never give their money back. So she was instructed by her superiors to tell me that they are still working on my refund even though they have stopped trying to get the money back from Kenya air and they have destroyed the documents that I've sent them as proof and are going to tell me that they never received a documents I sent them.. And then Arden told me, honestly I will not get my money back. ASAP tickets will just keep and telling you that they are working on your refund. But in actuality ASAP tickets has stopped calling Kenya air and they're just going to wait until I give up and quit asking them for my money back. ASAP tickets is now going to lie to me for months and years by telling me they are working on my refund. Arden told me I will never get my refund back. Arden said that this has happened so many times to so many customers, that ASAP tickets has now come up with a new insurance called Insurance 4.0 that will now pay the customer the money back even if ASAP tickets does not get their money back. Of course this insurance is more expensive than the 2.0 insurance. But ASAP tickets is afraid that they're going to eventually get caught for stealing people's money and falsifying records and losing the documents that the customer send them proving that they deserve their refund.

Update: I called ASAP and gave them the reference number that they have provided in this review. They said they did not have any case number like thisand that they would have to start a new case. Again, this is a terrible company who lies and steals from their customers. Even after I explained the situation, they told me they would call me the next day. That was over a week ago. Stay away from this company, they are scam and unethical. I am now out $1,600 for a ticket that was canceled. I bought the extra insurance and ASAP tickets admitted that this is their fault and that I should be refunded, but they still have not provided a reimbursement to me in over 5 months now.
